Elvis came to my house to repair our heating oil system. The furnace stopped working during a really bad cold snap, and he came the very next morning after I called about the issue. He even came out on Christmas Eve to make the repair! He diagnosed the issue, which was something we hadn’t even considered, and had us back and running in no time! The house is now toasty warm. Super professional and friendly service. Highly recommend!

Hi have only had issues with my HVAC system since installed. They wouldn't honor my warranty, one day later than the so called warranty. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! After 2 years I am being told the system should be gutted due to faulty installation. Please do not use this company!

So disappointing Elvis. You should be ashamed of yourself as a business owner. Where is your warranty or guarantee of equipment that you installed? You were paid in full to install a new central air conditioning unit and heat pump. It was installed in February of this year. It has not worked one day since it was installed. Here we are at the end of May. After your numerous attempts to repair and the numerous attempts of collecting more money from us. Each time you came to check the brand new unit that you installed you charged us a $180 service fee. You are now claiming it is the duct work too small for the unit. With all due respect, I ask you Sir. You being the professional. Why would you install a unit that would not work with the ductwork? And why did it take 3 months to now claim it is not the unit, but the ductwork? We tried to be patient and kept paying you, because all we wanted was a working unit. You are asking us to now pay you another $8000 to have the unit that you installed 3 months ago to work. It will be 80 degrees next week. Sadly we will not have air conditioning. And your only response is - I hope everything works out. Well so do we. We will be taking you to court for a refund for a non working unit. Also, I hope that the Better Business Bureau can help to protect us and others from you doing this again. All we have are all of the empty promises and the loss of our money.

Went on google to look for a company to service my furnace. I came across Elvis Electric’s 5 star reviews and was blown away by them. Each customer gave them praises for their customer service and workmanship. You can’t go wrong with 5 stars and word of mouth so I jumped on it. Set up an appointment and I was on the schedule for the following day. Other companies either didn’t answer or went to voicemail. I seen from the beginning why they are on top. Got to meet the head of the engine and he is a very humble and knowledgeable person that is about his business! It was great having Elvis come out and inspect my system and recommend how to stay problem free.There is definitely a service contract getting brought after this service call! My auxiliary backup for my heat pump was not powerful enough for a week of temperatures in the teens, so they replaced it with a more powerful system as well as fixed problems with the condenser of my humidifier. Elvis himself always responds to me right away - they diagnosed the problem, ruling out other possibilities, before determining this was necessary but still did not pressure me into it, as my existing system was sufficient for most days. Job was done in half a day and system works well.

This was my second time hiring Elvis for electric work. Elvis and team replaced so very old wiring in my house. It was a daunting task, but it was much smoother than I would expect for a project of this size. I got regular updates on the project, and any issues noted after the job was nearly complete were promptly addressed. I would use Elvis for my next project.

As usual, our maintenance service from Elvis was fantastic for our HVAC system. Additionally, Elvis replaced both outdoor spigots, and took the time to explain the importance of winterizing to prevent burst pipes. Thorough, professional, personable, and tidies up after. Highly recommend !!

Elvis Electric communicated effectively and even returned in a day(on a sat before a holiday) to replace heater equipment that would have had to wait for another week. He was helpful, efficient and kind to explain the process and future improvements I could make to save money
