I had a great experience with Elsea Plumbing! We discovered a leak and called them, and they were able to come out quickly. Justin was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly before starting the repair. The job was done efficiently, and they made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. They have always come highly recommend to me so I called them when our previous plumber back out of a project. The owner was very friendly but recommended that we put in a grinder pump that 3 other plumbers and the home inspector said was not necessary and that they are notorious for trying to upsell. I was pretty disappointed to hear a company with a great reputation was trying to charge more than needed. Especially with the cost of materials so high right now anyway.

I have been using Elsea Plumbing over the last 5 years. I have been having constant water leaks in my home from when we moved in, in 2021. Everytime I called Elsea Plumbing, they have been very responsive when I called and they show up when they say they will and work diligently to fix the problem. Unfortunately for me the leaks just kept happening, all in different areas of our home. The leaks were coming from the Pex pipe hot water recirculation line, everytime. So we made the decision to re-plumb our entire house so we wouldn't have to keep fighting these annoying leaks, not a small job. This covered 3 bathrooms, three toilets, 6 sinks (one was in an island sink in the kitchen), 2 mop sinks a garden tub and of course the mechanical room with the water heater which was replaced with a tankless water heater, plus 5 outside water spigots two of which had to be relocated. A lot of walls had to be opened, and the floor in the kitchen had to be opened up which included cutting the tile floor and concrete slab to reach the island sink and dishwasher. Elsea Plumbing coordinated everything, the replumb took only 4 days to complete. We were living in the home at the time this was going on. Although the complete job took two weeks, this included closing all the walls, floor, tile, texturing and paint. You can't even tell anything had been done. I just want to thank Elsea Plumbing for an excellent job you did in my home. My wife and I have lived in the Prescott area for almost 34 years and have used a lot of plumbing companies over the years. I will NOT use any other plumbing company for my plumbing needs as long as I live here, which hopefully will be a long time. THANKS AGAIN ELSEA FOR YOUR EXCELLENT WORK AND A JOB WELL DONE.

Something all home owners want to avoid is an undetectable water leak. I was able to hear water running but unable to locate the source. A friend referred me to Elsea Plumbing. Justin and Daniel arrived at the house to identify the problem. Within an hour they detected the source of the leak coming from the cold water line located under the concrete slab garage floor. They installed a shut-off valve to isolate the leak. A portion of the slab had to be removed. They carefully performed a precision cut, causing minimal damage to the floor. The hot water line was also replaced as a preventive measure. I was very grateful for their knowledge and professionalism. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Elsea Plumbing services!!!

One of our hose bibs froze. Two different plumbing companies came out (tried to use the home warranty-what a waste of money). The plumbing company used with the home warranty stated it will require busting out the stucco or the inside walls. Elsea, and specifically Ritchie, to the rescue. He immediately stated this is a new construction, we should be able to unscrew the hose bib and screw in a new one. Voila..no destruction of stucco or interior...and a reasonable cost. We were so impressed with Ritchie and his knowledge, courtesy, professionalism we asked for a bid on a water softener/conditioner. I should add, 3 of my neighbors have had similar experience with Elsea/Ritchie. Our go to plumber from this point on!

I had a great experience working with Dustin. He was very responsive throughout the entire process and made everything easy to coordinate. One thing I really appreciated was how well he handled the permitting process with the county — that can be a headache, but he took care of it smoothly. He installed a buried propane gas line for me and also ran gas to my stovetop. The quality of his work is top-notch — you can tell he takes pride in doing things right. It’s also worth noting that Dustin is willing to take on both large and smaller jobs, which is not always easy to find. Overall, professional, reliable, and does premium work. I would absolutely recommend him.

Else's Plumbing installed the gas piping for our general generator. John was out technician. He did an amazing job. The piping was neat and precise. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very courteous. He came back throughout the process to work with the electrician and the gas representative. We are very pleased with the quality and efficiency of the job. Janie his office manager was very professional and knowledgeable. She was super helpful in assisting us in getting the job done! Elsea is our go to company for all our plumbing needs. Our next project will be the water heater and John at Elsea is who we will be calling to do the job!

A great experience occurred while dealing with a messy hot water leak in our solid foundation…in the center of the living room! The great experience that occurred was we were introduced to Dustin at Elsea Plumbing. Dustin and his team were able to pinpoint the exact location 3 feet under the foundation, repair the water line and button everything up in 3 days. He is the consummate professional and takes great pride in his work. At the end of each day, the site was cleaned and ready for the next step. Elsea Plumbing replaced our water heater and we also wanted a water softner,the space it was located would not fit the two units that were delivered.Dustin researched his options replaced the larger water softener with a different model at no cost difference to us it was installed in a timely manner and his plumbers were very neat and polite and timely and informative.I will call them for all my needs.Thank you Dustin for your great service.

Elsea Plumbing was amazing to work with! They responded quickly when we had a pilot light issue. They got the light relit, but it ultimately failed. When it failed, they got us on their schedule, showed up on time, and finished faster than expected. The technician's orientation to the new water heater was clear and helpful. Super professional company, great communication, and no stress. Exactly what you want from a service provider!

We had a main waterline break in our community and they were able to temporarily fix it so we could have water until the parts came in. The day of the total repair they said water would be off, but did not know for how long. Mainline fixed and water only off approximately four hours.
