Just had two faucets replaced - one in the bathroom and one in the kitchen. I'm very pleased with the service. Both faucets work great and look beautiful! Joe was very efficient and his work is high quality. The work was done in a timely fashion at an affordable price. I would use him again and highly recommend Elm Plumbing and Heating.
When i was growing up I always remember my parents saying call Joe Russo at Elm Plumbing any time they had an issue. As an adult I have used Elm plumbing in both the houses I have lived in since I'm married . Last week my eldest son used him for a clog in his new home. You can't get a better recommendation than 3 generation's of use from the same plumber. Thanks for years of great service.
Came out at night when we had the freezing temps on an emergency call. Was professional, thorough, and didn't gouge me on price. I highly recommend him and am so grateful they fixed my frozen, burst pipes.
We had leaky kitchen faucet in the kitchen and we activated our home warranty insurance and had this provider called in to fix it. They did not call after 4 hours so we called and they said they'll be on Monday between 11 and 1. On Monday at 2.30pm we called and they took over 5 minutes to figure out who we were and apologized saying they were stuck in a previous job, which sounded like a made-up excuse. They said they'll be in the next day between 10 and 12 guaranteed. Apparently, their guarantee is not worth much since they showed up after 1.30pm. The person was unpleasant and arrogant and fixed something in the faucet and then said someone in our household probably spilled water on the floor, which is not the case, especially since it happened multiple times overnight, but thanks for blaming us for making up issues with our sink. His work did not fix the leaky issue, it is still leaky. Will definitely not use this plumber again. Update 12/29 - We had another plumber over (Pete Gerardi) who inspected, opened the faucet and fixed it under 40 minutes and charged the exact same $100.. Once he was done we realized even further how lazy and unprofessional ELM plumbing is and that this service just wanted an easy $100 without doing anything. Update 1/5/17 - Received a call from the owner of Elm Plumbing asking us to remove the review and stating he was in business for 35 years (curious how it changed from the 40 years he told my wife in a very arrogant manner while he was in our house unable or unwilling to open the faucet to find the source of the leak) and that we were the only ones ever to have been unsatisfied with his service. His call and comments completely failed to address the issues we raised (very condescending attitude to my wife, unwillingness to open the faucet to fix a simple leak and then telling my wife it's her fault the sink keeps leaking cause she was using it and finally missing out an appointment and then being late by an hour for the second one despite promises to be on time)
Have been using ELM plumbing for a few years now. Never had a problem. Very reliable and reasonable prices.
