What To Watch Out For
Drastically inflated estimates. Three reviews document quotes 2-3x market rate: $16,000 for tankless install (market ~$5,000), $6,000 for outdoor sewer line, $5,000 pipe replacement offer that later dropped to $1,000.
Questionable diagnostic accuracy and upselling pressure. Two reviews indicate technicians either misdiagnosed problems (claimed unfixable blockage that competitor cleared same day) or recommended unnecessary major work.

Leo was amazing! So fast and courteous. Could not have asked for better service. Will definitely call him if we ever need additional plumbing needs!
Awesome service, response time, and professionalism. They came the same day I called and then came back the next morning (a Saturday of a holiday weekend) to fix our clogged septic. Very friendly and 100% knew what they were doing. Would highly recommend.
I had a catastrophic flood from a backed up sewer line, these guys came out hoping to upsell me to a 6k outdoor line and claimed they couldn't clear my main line. Which was a complete lie. Luckily I had someone who worked with the city there and warned me these guys were scamming me. They tried to overcharge me hundreds of dollars without clearing the line. I had another plumber come in an hour later and clear the line, did the job and charge me a reasonable price for doing the job. BEWARE.
It cost me $350 dollars for them to not fix my issue. I was told there was a "total blockage" they could not fix when in fact the operator used a bit that was too big so he couldnt get it around a 90 degree bend. Went with a more reputable company the next day and had my issue resolved for less than what I paid elite. They also offered to replace the pipe for me since it was "completely blocked" for $5000. When I replied that I would call my contractor first, they said "oh well we can do it for $1000." So beware of their quotes and always negotiate way lower than they offer. Would not recommend.
Service was prompt and the technicians were professional and kind but their estimate was through the roof! Our water heater failed so we wanted estimates for a tankless heater install and we were quoted $16,000 for one with a recirculation pump and $13,000 for one without. I knew based off of my research before that tankless installs go for around $5,000 and there is nothing outstanding about our current setup that would add any extenuating cost. Got a second opinion from Rex's who quoted $7,300 for a more complex install that would go in our crawlspace and end up creating a whole new closet space for us where our current water heater is. Definitely get a second quote if you are considering this company.
