Laurie in the office was great. She quickly got us in the schedule the same day for service after a miscommunication. She was able to get a tech on site within a few hours. The tech Colin was very personable, professional and took care of the clogged drains. Would recommend them for anyone that wants a professional experience from the point of phone call to the completion of the work.

I had the pleasure of meeting two plumbing professionals when my hot water tank was leaking. Alphonse and Chris. They were courteous, on-time and prepared for what was needed. I needed a new tank…and not long comes another technician with the tank! They were all so pleasant and got that tank up quick too! I would definitely recommend Elie’s Plumbing LLC. To the owner of the company Avi, you have some good guys working for you..I’m sure you appreciate all the hard work they do. Happy staff, Happy Life!

Switched out the shower head to a hose and snaked the drain. Came out very next day after call (we requested, they could have done same day) and were informative, friendly and left the work area very clean. Our previous plumber retired, am grateful to have a new one I can trust. Rates good for the current going rates in the area.

If you get a quote from Elie's Plumbing, GET IT IN WRITING. Went with them because their sewer camera inspection quote was in line with other quotes I received ($250). Workers show up and say the price is $100 more than was quoted ($350). Workers said it happens all the time, they called their manager and they would not honor the original quote. They said the call center girl was reading from an outdated price sheet and that it happened all the time with quotes. If it happens all the time then there is an issue with the business. Is it an honest mistake perhaps, though if they say it happens all the time it starts sounding more like a planned scam.

We needed to replace our 23-year-old (!!) water heater with a "lowboy" model and improve the vent duct to bring it up to code. We contacted Elie's after having problems making arrangements with another plumber. I spoke and texted with Avi, who gave me a quote that was low but fair. He was careful to explain what brand and model he installs and why this was the best choice for me. We kicked around some options. Once I gave him the go-ahead, we had an appointment for the next afternoon. Their techs Pat and Ryan texted 10 minutes after the start of their arrival window and arrived 10 minutes after that. Pat and Ryan did a fast, efficient job. Our new Bradford White hot water heater is a huge improvement, the ducting is correct, everything seems to be working better. They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. I would happily contact Elie's again for further work.

Writing my first yelp review - that's how great these guys were. Can't say enough good things about this father and son plumbing team. Had them out to my house after receiving an insane quote from hi jacks for a ton of repairs to my stack and vent pipe that they didn't even do the detective work to know was needed. Elie came over and examined, tried a much cheaper fix first to save me money. When it didn't work he came over and explained what would need to be done and did it asap. The price was phenomenal, they were clean and transparent and tried to be as least invasive (cutting smaller holes in walls) as possible. Avi, his son, is a pro plumber in his own right and did a wonderful job. Also, just a great guy. Again, couldn't recommend any more highly. Service - A+ Speed - A+ Price - A+ Professionalism - A+

Elie and his team were responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and fast. I had some issues with a custom build out for a mobile food operation I'm starting this summer (Connie's Affogato) and most plumbers I reached out to wouldn't even look at it. Elie met me on site the next day, assessed the problem, and worked through it piece by piece. 90 minutes later three substantial plumbing issues were resolved and my mobile food cart was working perfectly. I cannot recommend Elie enough for all of your residential and commercial needs. As has been said before in his reviews, the dude's a saint! Cheers to local craftsman doing great things with their hands. We need more like Elie out here.

The crew from Elie's came out less than a day after I contacted them. They diagnosed the pipe problem and pinpointed its exact location, and were able to provide an estimate, all within less than an hour's time. They also addressed another plumbing problem that they noticed while assessing the one I'd called about, and fixed it. The pricing seems very reasonable to me compared to what I had expected and quick attention to issues has been the case each time I have called them. They will continue to be my first choice for plumbing issues,

We live in a 106 year old home that was 'flipped' before we moved in. The flippers used cheap faucet and shower hardware that was failing and leaking. On short notice, Elie's showed up, and replaced 5 bathroom faucets, 1 kitchen faucet, and two shower / tub faucets in 48 hours. The installation process was super smooth, and we trust their work to stand up to our daily use over time. Very happy with this crew. In a day and age where you get the quality you pay for, Elie's charges fair rates for high quality, long-lasting work.

We requested service in one of our buildings. Elies did not have time that day but offer great advice. Did not string us along where that would effect one of our valuable tenants, which we appreciated. I asked what the work would entail if the could do it that day, it was reasonable for what needed to be done. Great value. We have had certain plumbing companies make promises they could not keep. Doesn't just hurt us but the people we are trying to help. We appreciate Elies being straight shooters.

Elie's plumbing was great. I had a plumber come to my house for a clogged tub/shower and give a pretty expensive quote which my wife and I didn't feel comfortable paying. We then called a couple of plumbers to check the validity of what was told to us and Elie's plumbing was the most comprehensive with detail and gave us different options for repair. Elie's plumbing was able to fix out problem and answered other plumbing questions we had. Very honest and happy to make his costumers pleased.

Elie’s plumbing got me on the schedule within hours of me calling about a hot water heater leak. Technician explained the leak to me in layman’s terms and made sure I understood every step of the process. They were supportive of my frustrations with another company that had come out and brushed off my questions and drove up the price by adding things to the job that did not need to be done. I will absolutely be using Elie’s for any plumbing need after the care and value they provided us.

They came in with a two man crew ready to go to work. Extremely professional and very caring crew. They did a magnificent job, no problems whatsoever, whatever they did with their equipment work well as did they. I am more than just satisfied and would certainly refer and recommend them in the future for future work! They are a great company professional and honest I called them on a weekend at 10pm and they came over right away. Thank you avi! Once again elies plumping to the rescue my water heater broke late afternoon and elies plumping at my house the next morning! Thank you avi! Thank you mendal he was friendly and knowledgeable and quick! They installed a water filter and fixed the stack in the basement that was leaking. Great service.
