Elis plumbing is one of the most unique plumbing services in Texas with their speedy work and affordable prices. One of the best to ever do it if I ever have any problem ill make sure to give them a call once again!
A very affordable price for clearing our main drain, especially for an emergency call. Their 24/7 service is a lifesaver and they didn't try to price-gouge at all. I will be using them from now on."
My family has used Eli and his team for for over a decade and a half for our plumbing needs. And this time was no different. Our water heater quit on us Saturday night. Saturday night!!! I couldn’t get the pilot light to stay on. And was reminded that we had that water heater installed back in 2009. So it has more than held up for the last 16yrs. We called Eli and his team and they took a look at and told us, what I already knew. They gave us a very reasonable price for a new unit plus installation. And with a new water heater there’s always the chance that you find out that some of your bath fixtures are on their last leg. And that was the case for the shower in our master bedroom. The handle became hard to turn and then I strip it, accidentally. Eli and his team, came back in a timely manner look at it, and determined that everything was still good and that we just needed a new trim. He gave us a few options and I chose the option of securing original parts from a local company in the Humble area. With the parts in hand and at a discounted price, he and his team were able to quickly swap out the trim and since the part came with a new shower heard. They swapped that out also. Long story short, I’m beyond happy with Eli and his team’s professionalism, timely responses, and craftsmanship and I would gladly recommend his services to each and every one of my family members and yours too. If you’re like me, there’s a number of people that do great work for you and you want to leave them a review, but life happens and you just don’t get a chance to. This was a time that I told myself, that I would make time to share my experience with you all. I hope this helps. And thanks again Eli and team. CA P.S. I didn’t not proofread this, so please forgive me if there are any typos. I’m just happy that I found time to share my experience.
This guy sucks. Every time he showed up he's nothing but Macho attitude and Mr Know It All. He doesn't allow his team which consists of his family that are plumbers to make even the smallest decisions on their own. No wonder they are rebranding But that's not going to change his attitude and the way he behaves.. which directly impacts the success of the business. Last time he was here he tried to play a little camera game with me. As if all of us customers have out here in the world are just complete dummies. Let it be shown that his behavior is really dumb and he will not get my business anymore. I had another, better and more professional Kingwood based plumber come to my house within two hours After Eli left. Good luck buddy
We called this company to fix a leaking faucet. They couldn’t come immediately, which was perfectly fine. They eventually came out to inspect it, and normally you would expect a simple on-the-spot quote or repair. Instead, we were told they needed to “prepare a quote.” Slow, but okay — we waited. The next day, we still hadn’t received anything. No quote, no update, no communication. We called back, and were told again that they were “working on it.” Hours passed, still nothing. When we called a third time, the person who answered said, “Our plumber is in the field, we’re waiting for him to return so we can prepare the quote.” I asked if they could give a ballpark price over the phone and to provide a timeline as we needed this fixed. Her response — in a careless tone — was: “If you need this faster, then you need to contact somebody else.” So I did. [If it takes this long just to provide a quote — which is how they make money — I can’t imagine how long it would take if a warranty issue came up.] To the owner: if this is how your front office handles customers, it’s costing you a lot of business.
