“My slow shower drain turned out to be caused by disintegrated plumbing under my 70-year old house (tree roots came up when they snaked the drain, ugh). Jonathan was extremely helpful in diagnosing it, and supervisor Ryan Kennedy came right away to work out potential solutions. Ryan and Jonathan used a camera with a tracker to trace the issue through the lines.”
