“I called this company due to my pipes being frozen. On the phone they state there is a $70 charge for a technician to come out. No problem. He gets here and tells me all my piping is PVC so there is nothing he can do for me. I still had to pay the $70 charge. The technician was very friendly, but this is not how you do business. If you do not complete the job you should not expect payment. Their gain... my loss. …”
