ED's Drain Cleaning LLC

My basement sewer line was backing up and my plumber recommended ED's Drain Cleaning. I called and Evander called me back within 15 minutes. He was at my house 30 minutes later and had my sewer line back in working order in 15 minutes...on a Saturday! Fast, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Hopefully I never need him again, but will be saving his card in case I have this problem in the future.

Evander was awesome; a pleasure to work with. I was able to get an appointment right when I needed it and loved that I could request on the website. He was able to identify and solve the issue quickly and shared how I might prevent the problem in the future. He pulled a monster of a root ball from my basement drain. Unbelievable! I was never so happy to see something so yucky. Thank you! I will definitely utilize his service for future plumbing issues and would highly recommend to family and friends.

Had my sewer line back up into my basement on Friday night. After my original plumbing company couldn't come out. I started calling plumbers Saturday morning. Luckily, I got a call back from Ed's! He was able to fit me in within a few hours. Thankfully, he was able to clear the clogs and identify the issue with my lateral line. (A part of the sewer pipe had fallen/dropped. Most likely due to ground freezing and thawing over time causing ground to shift. Also, you guessed it, roots!) Ed was kind, professional and very helpful though everything. He even gave me some information for line repair. Amazing service!! Definitely switching 💯 to Ed's!!

After spending 3 hours trying remove a mystery toy our 5 year old flushed down our toilet (including draining it and turning it on its side to try from underneath), my husband and I admitted defeat and contacted ED's Drain Cleaning via their contact form on the website at about 930pm. We didnt need immediate service and indicated it could wait and figured we'd hear back in the morning. We were pleasantly surprised when Evander messaged us back within 20 mins to discuss our problem, and then set up a time the following day to come check it out. The next day he arrived on time with an arsenal of tools for the job. Within 10 minutes of his arrival, a small plastic picnic basket shot out of that toilet like a rocket 😂 It was glorious. Evander even reinstalled our toilet for us, made sure everything was in working order, and cleaned up his work area before he left. My husband and I we're so super impressed with his skill and efficiency, his dedication to cleanliness, and his willingness to go the extra mile for a customer both before and throughout the appointment. We were so thankful he was able to save us from having to buy a new toilet, and we would not hesitate again to call him should this ever happen again. (And lets be honest - its probably going to happen again 😂). Theres a reason this guy has awesome reviews! We'll be recommending Evander and ED's Drain Cleaning to everyone we know!

I’m genuinely impressed by Evander at ED's Drain Cleaning, LLC. Despite it being a holiday/weekend, the level of service provided was outstanding—prompt, reliable, and carried out with a positive attitude.
