From Becky who handled my initial call to Paul and Damien, the technicians who came to my home, the responsiveness and professionalism were top-notch. Had a really negative experience with another company who canceled final hour on a Friday afternoon, and Ed Riker Plumbing came the same day and went above and beyond.”

“Called early on a Saturday morning 11/30. The woman answering the phone said the rate was higher for weekend work could I do it Monday 12/2. I said that would be fine. Monday comes and they're a no call no show. Never heard from them at all for 2 a half days. So I call another plumber on Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. they were in my house and job completed at 4:30p.m. I would give zero stars if I Could.”
