“Two technicians came to inspect our drain with a camera and offered a $550 clean-out... 4 employees spent nearly 4 hours in our basement and told us the line was free n clear & the job was done. Lie. Two weeks later our drain backed up again. When I called, I was told the service wasn't guaranteed and I'd have to pay another $550 for them to return.”
