We called on a holiday weekend about a flooded basement in my MIL's house. They responded promptly, made the emergency call to her house and fixed the issue quickly. And they didn't even charge her the emergency call fee! They were very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. If I ever need a plumber again, they will be my first call.
I had the pleasure of having Mike's team come out to install a new boiler to heat my home. These guys went above and beyond. They didn't leave a mess, and they cleaned as they worked. If I could give them 10-plus stars, I would, because they squeezed me in so that my family could have heat. They are now my official plumbers when I need service. Thank you so much. I'm a happy customer, and I will call again when needed.
Highly recommended! A pipe burst in the middle of the night right before a severe storm, and this team saved the day. Mike was fantastic to work with over the phone and James arrived to handle everything within the hour. Their team was attentive, professional, and caring throughout the process. East Philly Plumbing & Heating Came Out To My House In South Philadelphia. They Replaced A Four Inch Drain Pipe That Connects My Second Floor Bathroom To My Basement. The Plumbers Are Experienced, Respectful And Cleaned Up After The Project. They Completed The The Work In Two Hours. THEIR PRICE WAS THE BEST IN TOWN. I Highly Recommend Them!!
