Update: I had Fran out to remove an old toilet and replace with a new one. He was great this time too! Prices are great, scheduling was easy, and job was completed quickly. I cannot recommend East Coast Plumbing enough, if I could give them more stars, I would! The owner, Francis Kelly and his son Sean came to my house to check for a leak. I call yesterday and worked with Melissa to have a visit scheduled that worked for my schedule the next day. Francis was kind prompt, and took the time to explain everything to me so that I knew exactly what was going on and what needed to happen. I will definitely call again for any future plumbing needs and have already recommended East Coast Plumbing to family members and will continue to do so. Great experience from the first call until the job was over. Thank you!

I cannot say enough great things about East Coast Plumbing. They were coming out to help a neighbor and we were able to also get on their schedule. From the moment we spoke with Melissa, I knew we were in good hands. Fran arrived on time, explained each step of what he was doing to fix our fridge water line and toilet issue. He got it done quick and efficiently. We will definitely be using East Coast Plumbing anytime we have plumbing needs.

Fran was AMAZING!!! Discussed several options with me regarding the issue, along with pros and cons and was very knowledgeable. He was reasonably priced and thoroughly cleaned up after the job was completed. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend his services.

Had a busted pipe in the wall 8pm last night due to the 10 degree weather and needed someone to come out asap since we had to shut off all the water to the house. Fran at East Coast Plumbing came over the next day, found the problem quickly and fixed it. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. We are now using Fran and East Coast Plumbing for all our plumbing needs.

Called Fran after searching for plumbers near me as mine had recently retired. His reviews were amazing so I had to call. I had 3 smart toilets to install so I didn’t make it easy but Fran was great through it all. So happy with his work. Professional, timely and just a great guy overall. Highly recommend. Happy to have found him and will continue to use him in the future.
