I had to use Eagle Sevice twice. The first time was to have a hot water heater installed, the second was the have a line hydro jetted. Both times they were able to get me scheduled same day, arrived promptly at the promised time and did great work at a very reasonable rate. The receptionist was pleasant, and the tech Tyler (both times) was awesome and a genuine pleasure to work with. Highly recommended
Eagle Service came to my rescue again. They are prompt, knowledgeable and know how to come prepared to work on old plumbing. I always request Brian Spurlock, because he is the BEST!!! My furnace quit working the day before a predicted freeze warning! I called OnTime Service and they actually told me that the first available appointment was December 9th. So I got in touch with Eagle Service Company and David was here the same morning I called. This company is a fourth generation company founded in 1930. John Jeffcoat, the owner, was actually an Eagle Scout and his core values are based on what he learned as a Boy Scout!! David found the problem, replaced the broken part, and heat began to blow! He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient! If I could give more stars I would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Best experience I've had with a plumbing call. Dexter was honest, quick, straightforward, and helpful. On time and even called 30 min before the appointment. UPDATE: I have called Eagle Service for all of my plumbing needs since I originally posted this review. They replaced a hot water heater a few months ago. And today, Kyle did a full toilet rebuild. He did a great job and didn't dilly dally for a second. I have always had good experiences calling this company for plumbing needs. If I could give them 2x 5 stars I would.
We transported a Bobcat T595 for this company, and Aaron and Kendall Bakies have not paid us. They are also not answering our calls. Unfortunately, this has been a very negative experience with this company.
We had an excellent experience with the entire team! Kyle, who replaced our tankless water heater, arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and completed the job ahead of schedule without compromising on quality. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the details. I’m impressed with their attention to detail and would highly recommend their services to anyone needing fast and reliable service at reasonable cost
