Saw them out on another job. Asked for a quote. Gave me fair price, came out next morning to fix my problem. UPDATE::: same problem a few weeks later. Asked them to come out and address the problem. Ignored my calls for couple days then later made up & excuse to not come by & stand behind their guarantee & work. Found out from another plumber that i had to pay (half their price btw) that the clog in my drain was just pushed down the line & never cleared.

The Dyna-Rooter Plumber came out to my house to replace a faucet. He installs the faucet that I had purchased and the faucet is completely loose! It can be turned, titled forward, back, and side-to side. It looks and feels like it could be literally pulled out of the sink if you tried hard enough. The plumber blamed the faucet we bought! Even if we had purchased a bad faucet (which I don't believe to be the case - why would a manufacturer build faucets this bad?) then I should be told BEFORE installing it that there could be a problem - not after. Also, I had two lengths of flexible tubing (one for cold, one for hot) that I had purchased at the hardware store and I left them by the new faucet box. I was originally planning on installing it myself. The Dyna-rooter plumber comes in, sees the tubing and faucet together and the uses my tubing, and keeps the original high cost of installation! I paid $15 for those so I should get $15 off my bill. He uses my equipment and charges me the same amount? The nerve!!! Stay away from this made-up-named company. Do you homework first and get reviews before having someone come do work in your home. I learned my lesson.

Dyna Rooter Plumbing is absolutely fantastic! Paul and his team are excellent at what they do. He is very honest and the quality and accuracy of the work they do is outstanding. It's hard to find honest contractors but this is my go to for any plumbing issues. They've worked on my house, my mom's house and I referred them to friends and family. Dyna Rooter Plumbing and Sewer gets the job done right the first time. I trust them completely. If you're looking for good quality, honest and affordable work to be done with any plumbing issue or remodel... call them. It's the best call you can make.

We had an issue that caused waste water to come up through our downstairs shower drain whenever a toilet was flushed in the house. Paul came out to root one of the toilets and quoted us on the work that needed to be done to correct the issue. He came out to root the toilet one more time due to an emergency prior to the scheduled work and did not charge us for that visit. Paul was excellent and he even restored our sump pump at no additional cost during a difficult time for our family. I couldn't recommend him and his company enough, thank you very much!!!

Issue with outside clean-out for laundry room. We rodded out several times to no avail. Called Dyna Rooter.inc (paul) and he promptly came out... he and his worker Chris dug down and found clean-out shaft unattached to base pipe and seal. Roots and soil had made a home in the pipes over time. Dug out, flushed pipes, Re-set shaft, resealed, cleaned and refilled hole in ample time. Very satisfied with work and price. If you hv clean out shaft that rises every spring call Dyna Rooter.inc to remedy ASAP. We didn't notice until we had a backup.

Paul at Dyna Rooter has helped me out of some plumbing nightmares. I really enjoy the jetted tub he put in for us. Thanks, Paul. Edit: We just had Paul and Dyna Rooter back out to replace our water heater and softener. One again they did a fantastic job and even rebuilt the utility room floor to repair water damage. They installed a smart water main valve so the water can be shut off quickly and easily from a smart phone app. Once again I highly recommend Dyna Rooter.

Paul is very professional and willing to give you his diagnosis at a very reasonable rate. I give him my highest recommendation. He came out to my house within 30 minute of my call and had my sewer line fixed shortly thereafter. Also you never got a the feeling he was padding his bill. His rate was very reasonable and repaired what was exactly asked of him and he also did a bit extra as in preventative maintenance at no extra cost. Great service and a good person.

Paul from Dyna Rooter is the best! I highly recommend. He is honest, explains what's going on, gets right to work and charges a very fair price! He's come out to my house 2 times now. Once for a really funky leak that he diagnosed and took care of, the other was a routine garbage disposal change. Paul is so nice, understanding, and very professional. Also, he does a nice job educating you on what is going on! I will be using him for all my projects from now on!

Called yesterday, he came out today, even earlier then expected, quick ridiculously reasonable quote, and done at lightening speed. Plenty to time to chat afterwards. 😁😁 I've been using him my entire adult life and have never once had a bad experience. I used Dyna Rooter to repair a collapsed storm drain in the right of way behind our business in Schaumburg. Paul managed the permit process and coordinating the temporary support of the Com Ed utility pole that caused the damage. If you have ever dealt with a municipality or utility you know how valuable this service was alone. Paul did an expert job of the repair and for a very fair price. Paul and his company, Dyna Rooter are now my plumbing guy.

I've had Paul come out to the house on multiple occasions for plumbing maintenance and to install a new water heater. Paul is knowledgeable, professional, and has always has done good quality work. His prices are very reasonable. He's a nice down to earth guy and has always been prompt to return calls. I have additional plumbing jobs that I already am in the process of scheduling with Paul's business, Dyna Rooter Plumbing and Sewer, Inc.

Twice, I’ve called upon Dyna and both times they have responded to my request very quickly and professionally. First was to fix an outside faucet and replace another. He did a great job with both. This time, I had a gas leak and he arrived as soon as he was done with his job and fixed the issue on the house portion, now in just need NiCor to take care of their portion. For both of the jobs, I found his pricing to be very reasonable!!!!!!

I am very satisfied with the service and the results. Paul was able to come to my house the next day after I called him and he arrived on time. After checking the problem he cleaned out the drain from the kitchen to the main pipe. This fixed the problem. And he made sure to clean up when he was done. I think that the fee I paid for his service was reasonable. I will call him again if I ever have a problem.
