If I could rate Duvall Plumbing 10 stars I would! Bobbly came out to help me and he was incredible. He was so kind and courteous and I cannot overstate how much I appreciate him! Give this man a raise! I highly recommend this awesome company.

I would give zero stars if I could. They repaired a slab leak at my house two years ago, and their work was so shoddy that I had to spend another $1700 today to have it repaired. I have attached photos so you can see their mess. Save yourself money and use another company.

Duvall doesn’t even exist. They were bought out by Airco. This is false advertising and a scheme to dupe customers into thinking they’re using one company, and then another actually shows up. Shady.

My experience with this company was not a good one. It started with the correct tools not being on the van and the tech having to leave on the Saturday. He came back on Sunday and tried hard, but decided at that point that it was "a two man job". On Wednesday, electrical wires were hit, and power to my handicapped daughter's room/bathroom were cut off. The tech took my credit card, but did not bother to tell me that over the phone. I found out from one of my sons later as the tech told him. I placed two calls to the answering service and sent an email to get an electrician sent to the house. The service said someone would get back with me. They did not. It was not until the next day (Thursday) when I called that anyone spoke with me. She had no idea what I was talking about. Laura did get an electrician to the house. It took me two calls to Duvall and one call to the electrician to verify that Duvall was going to pay for the repairs. The floor was left with drywall dust and it was also on the walls. Nothing was cleaned or swept. I put the water meter cover on as it was left in the yard. The 4% up-charge for using a credit card was the cherry on top of this expensive mess. That should have been told to us upfront. As a teacher, every penny counts. I wish it would have gone to another company.

I recently had two plumbers Kalob and DJ who fixed a Bidet leak Bidet installarion and a shower head in my home, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, expertise, and exceptional customer service. From the moment they arrived, both plumbers were polite, courteous, and respectful of my home. They immediately got to work, carefully assessing the issues with both the toilet and the shower head. Throughout the repair process, they worked efficiently and with great attention to detail, ensuring that the repairs were done correctly and to the highest possible standards. They were knowledgeable about their their work. What really stood out to me, however, was their commitment to customer service. They were friendly and approachable, always taking the time to answer my questions and address any concerns I had. They also went above and beyond by offering helpful tips and advice to prevent future issues with my plumbing.

I called Duvall on a recommendation from a friend having a difficult HVAC problem to solve. She reported this company employed people who were thinkers. Meaning they listened to her issues and could really think a problem through, not just do the simplest repair and be on their way. My HVAC was blowing hot air with over 100 degrees outside. They came the next day and gave me 3 choices to solve my issue. I decided on a new HVAC unit. They called each day before arrival, were here when they said they would be and solved issues concerning air flow which had been a problem for years. I would highly recommend this company. I am grateful for a company that requires the best-trained technicians and superior quality service. I am grateful for a company you can trust to do what they say they will do.

I had an outdoor faucet that wouldn't stop leaking and needed replaced. A lovely receptionist answered my call on a Saturday (Easter weekend at that) and had me scheduled for Monday. 2 professional and easy to talk to guys, Cayde and Rob had an earlier opening on Monday and where able to come out earlier and replace the faucet. This wasn't an average repair as they had to remove a tile in the shower to get to the back of the wall where the outdoor faucet was located and then had to fix the janky work that was previously done 40 years ago. The guys had no problem doing some problem solving and handled the curve ball efficiently and like it was nothing. They got it all taken care of for a reasonable price (Around $400) and my dripping outdoor faucet is no more.

I don’t typically write reviews, but I felt I needed to express how satisfied I was with the service I received from Eric and Kylon with Duvall Plumbing. I had a 50 gallon gas water heater I needed installed. The techs called when they were in route and arrived during the window of time I had scheduled. They were professional and courtesy. Whatever questions I had, they made sure they were answered. As for the installation of the water heater, their work was so good and extremely neat. They really went beyond what they had to do, with the way they tidy up everything and left the space in a much better state than it was when they arrived. I was more than satisfied with Eric and Kylon, and I appreciated the service they provided.

We had to have an emrgancy plumber out at almost 10pm at night when the shut off line to our toilet broke and was spitting water. Joshua was there within 20 minutes after we called and the line fixed in no time and talked us through a quote to replace the toilet and Cayde move things around to get to our house early the next morning to make sure we got a new toilet installed before we had to leave for work so it could be taking care of before the weekend, on top of all that they were HALF the price of everywhere else we have called. If ANYONE asked me about a plumber I'm 100% giving them Duvalls number!

I really want to thank Cayde from the edmond office for helping us out. Cayde was very nice and professional about what he was doing and took the time to explain every thing to me so i would know what to do in case there was a problem. I really appreciated the fact he was quick and clean and did not leave a mess for me to clean up. AND HE TOOK HIS SHOES OFF BEFORE he entered my home to keep my carpet clean that is very important to me!! Thank you again CAYDE you have made a customer for life!! Remington and Cayde are rockstars! We had Duval Edmond assist with installation and repairs for a whole water home filtration, purification, softener and reverse osmosis system. The system required much trouble shooting and repairs due to manufacture issues. These guys are the most kind, respectful and hard working young men that we have encountered. We appreciate all their hard work! The system is working perfectly, it’s quiet and looks great thanks to their expertise and diligence. Thanks Duvall!

Joshua was amazing! Very professional and knew exactly how to assist me with my faucet replacement. We had concerns because of a leaky faucet that had rusted some of the screws and connections but he was very knowledgeable and was able to resolve the concerns very well. I will be using this company as my plumber going forward and have referred their business to my dad for his future needs. Thank you Josh!!

We had a clogged drain on a Saturday and Duvall was able to get in us same morning service at a very reasonable rate. Joshua was efficient, friendly, and professional. He was in and out in about 20 minutes, made sure everything was working well before he left, and explained what caused the issue so that we could be prepared in the future. We’ll definitely use Duvall if we have issues again!
