Dunstan & Son Plumbing

I had two different gentlemen out to my home in the past two days. Wade and Jason, Both were outstanding, knowledgeable and very professional. My toilet and shower are working great. This experience has proved that top rate service without breaking the bank still exists. I highly recommend Dunstan & Son for any and all of your plumbing needs. I don't do a lot of reviews, but this one i have to. We had some unidentified crud plug all the faucets. Dunstan was recommended, so I called. They were out in just a couple of hours, and the tech knew immediately what the issue was. Our water softener had failed, and released resin and plastic into the system. He isolated the softener, cleared all the faucets, and was gone in a very short time. When he gave me the invoice, I was shocked at how reasonable the total was. Dunstan is now my vendor of choice whenever I need plumbing services.

This Co. Is Super!!! I had work done by them five years ago. So when I needed some service this time I was very happy to call on them. My Technician was A Gentleman name Danny. He was very patient as I had many questions. And practically watched has every move. The work was very professional, and neat . Thank You Dustun & Son 🤩

I called Dunstan (mistake) to check low hot water pressure in the shower. They charged me for the following: They did not give me an exact determination of the problem. Unfortunately, they did turn on the water while the hoses were disconnected, this caused a whole in the ceiling. That was on 2/9 today shower ceiling finally being repaired. Still no determination on the hot water issue cause! Three days waiting on repairs to be completed so I can call a reputable company to check water issue. They came out and provided no results, damaged the ceiling taking three days to repair and bill me for the trip! Poor ethics in my opinion! Won’t use or refer them, that’s for sure! No accountability! They said accidents happen! (It’s how you respond when they do that matters) So does billing people for substandard services! Look how they left the water shut off box. Wasn’t that way when they got here! So now I have a ceiling with a different color spot and texture! Clearly I would be better off never hearing of Dunstan!

I called this local plumbing company expecting limited availability, but they answered immediately and had a technician out within an hour. Jason was the technician who came out. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained what was going on, and repaired the leak efficiently and correctly. The entire process was straightforward, professional, and stress-free. I own an HVAC company across the state from my home and I have been involved in ownership and operations of several HVAC, electrical, and plumbing companies across the U.S., so I don’t say this lightly—this was excellent service. Responsive, competent, and truly local. Jason did great work and has a strong future in the trade. Highly impressed with the local service and the professionalism shown, especially on a Sunday right after the holidays, thank you!
