I recently had a no-heat situation and reached out to Dulles Plumbing, Heating & Air. Their Service operations Manager was able to quickly get a technician out to my home, which was a huge relief. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my system. What really stood out was that they provided multiple options for repair rather than pushing just one solution. They clearly explained each option so I could choose what worked best for my home and budget. Overall, the service was prompt, honest, and very professional. Contacted Dulles Plumbing Group back in early October of 2021 for a quote on whole house re-piping. Technician came in, sketched the house for the water lines, main rig/manifold, and discussed various ways they were gonna get it done. Everything seemed fine, they said they were gonna contact me with a quote in about a weeks time... It's now been several weeks since then.

Poor drivers. Cut off my vehicle while he was trying to enter the highway. My vehicle was towing a trailer at highway speeds in thick traffic causing my husband to slam on the breaks risking clipping the driver and being rear ended. Called and was told by someone who was actively driving they would pass my concer to hr. After hanging up the phone the driver in a white chevy silverado with plate numbers uc51-452 proceeded drive past and flip my husband off. Will not be recommending this service to others due to the extreme unprofessionalism and the concer of having the person on the road to cause more issues.

Dulles Plumbing service is exceptional. I accidentally bumped into John from Dulles Plumbing looking for Water Heater replacement help. John was so prompt to say even though you accidentally bumped into, Can I help you? I was surprised and asked if he can help. John was very very prompt and got to know the the water heater issue and did all that is needed to order the new water heater on a fast pace and got the water heater installed at the earliest. The team came sharp on time and installed the new water heater and took the old water heater away. I would highly recommend Dulles Plumbing for a fast and exceptional services. Special thanks to John for offering help and getting the new Water heater installed in a day which is very pleasing, especially during the holiday time and I thank the Dulles Pluming while team, as it’s hard to be without hot water in the current weather with small kids.

So we had a Sewer line grading issue and we talked a 3-4 different plumbing companies. The main plumber from Dulles Plumbing group was the most accurate in identifying the problem and gave a very clear plan of what needs to be done. He was accessible by phone and extremely good at explaining everything. The price and warranty provided to us was very competitive and we moved forward with the project. David and his team (Bobby and Pablo) was very professional and neat in their work from Day1. The project had some complications which David was able navigate through. I was really impressed by the problem solving and ingenuity from him. Due to complications the project went into the second day and Dulles Plumbing group did not hesitate to finish it properly on the next day. I would definitely recommend these guys. One of the best experiences I have had with a plumbing company.

I met a Dulles employee at plumbing supply store. Dave impressed me with his ideas for solving a water pressure problem. So, I called Dulles Plumbing to have Dave come and help me with a blocked sink drain. When Chris from Dulles called to set up a time to come, he told me that my problem was not as simple as I may think. He suggested calling another company that used a hydro jet system to thoroughly clean my entire drain pipes to the septic field. Chris gave me name and tel number. NO CHARGE. Hydro Jet company told me many plumbers have them do the work and then charge customers twice the price paid to Hydro Jet Company. I CALLED CHRIS AND THANKED HIM AND DAVE FOR THEIR HELP AND THEIR HONESTY. I'LL BE GOING TO DULLES PLUMBING FOR ANY ALL ALL PLUMBING AND HVAC WORK IN THE FUTURE.

I just wanted to take a moment to say how much I really appreciate the level of customer service Nate provided, not only when he came out with his crew to install my new HVAC unit but also, when I requested a quick follow up visit to walk me through the system, because I was on a conference call when he finished the install. He was kind enough to come out again several days later, walk me through the system, answer my questions and was just the nicest, most professional fella. AND he didn’t make me feel bad for asking for a follow up walk thru or for asking all of my questions. Truly a gem in the world of customer service!!
