David was great! He was able to quickly figure out what the problem was, he gave me options and wasn’t pushy. He knowledgeable which made it easy to trust his recommendations. I would recommend all companies in the field of Plumbing/HVAC/Electrical work, etc to ensure all of your people are knowledgeable in their area of expertise especially with the cost of getting things repaired. I have had two good service calls in the past. I called for a job to be done and it was done at a reasonable cost. Had a bad experience this week, called to get a leaky water spickot replaced and the price was almost a thousand dollars! Checked the price on Amazon for the parts and it is almost 13 bucks. I still had to pay $80 just to have a person come to my house to give me this crazy estimate and also tell me they can replace my pump for $2500 while they are at it. It goes on, felt like a nephew was trying to sell me a miracle vacuum machine. Oh yeah, they also finance...

They gave me an estimate of $9,000 for a water softener and a sump pump battery back up!!!!!! Insane!!!!!! I already got a quote for the water softener for $1400!!!!!!! Are they crazy!!!!!!! The guy that came to my house then asked what would I be willing to pay. I'm not an idiot!!!!!!! So obviously they were taking advantage since we had had some flooding and I was completely freaked out!!!!!!! You should be ashamed of yourself!!!!!! Try doing right by people!!!!!!!!!!!

I had yet another great experience with Adam. He was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly efficient. After a recent tankless water heater installation, we ran into an issue, and Adam quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it right away. What really stood out was how confidently and smoothly he handled everything. He truly knows his craft and takes pride in doing things right. He made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving and took the time to explain things clearly. I really appreciated his expertise and responsiveness. I had to get my sump pump & battery back up replaced in January and went with Duane Blanton. The original cost was a bit more than I would have liked and had issues in March & April with the pump. The reason I am giving them 5 stars is because of the customer service. The first time they serviced it, it was a switch issue and fixed quickly. The second time (today) they came out, found out it was an air lock issue, so they replaced the pump at no extra charge. So although the initial up front cost was a shock, the 24hr customer service line, and both techs that have come out to my house, have made me want to use them for other plumbing needs.

Al and his partner were professional and respectful while very thorough with what was needed in our home! Giving very honest points about what needed to be replaced in our basement. I love how they took photos of everything and personally walked me through everything that needed to be fixed. As someone who obviously knows nothing about any of this stuff, they were super helpful with helping me understand it! Prices I felt were very reasonable. When I needed to go get my baby up from his nap, they were super respectful and exited the home and waited till I called them back in. Super respectful team! Highly recommend them!!

Konnor was here to replace the shut off valve for the washer machine because it was leaking. During his inspection he noticed the cold side of the shut offs was leaking as well. He also noticed a drip coming from our 16 year old hot water heater and recommended it be replaced. They gave us a very competitive estimate for everything with some discounts and we accepted. He was very personable along with his coworker Shawn. Always a great experience with this company and all of the crew.

Al is so professional and friendly. He is honest and has been with the company a while now. He has serviced at my home a number of times and my dad had an issue with his water last Friday, on a holiday. Alben finished the job he was on and went right over there to diagnose the issue. He explained everything and was so professional. Thank you Alben!

We needed to have the valve control system replaced in our shower. Andrew and his co worker did a great job. They needed to access the valve by cutting the drywall. They were very neat and caused as little disruption as possible. We were very pleased with the results. We would highly recommend Duane Blanton Plumbing.

David was awesome and professional. He was done surprisingly quick. Got us interested in other plumbing products that we might need. All good. Although the price for the service was twice as high as last year time 5 yrs ago, but that was before COVID. Blanton always good, always dependable. Thank you

I am very pleased with the service from the technician that Blanton heating air condition sent for my air conditioner service. The technician, Roel Vilarreal, did an excellent job in service/inspection. He was very knowledgeable, polite and represented the company very professionally. I am very pleased.

Update: Andrew did a great job installing a new toilet, whole house water filtration system and a reverse osmosis system!! David B came out and gave us a quote for a whole house water filtration system and a reverse osmosis system for the kitchen. It’s getting installed this week! Two thumbs up!

Christopher came out to check what the high pitched ringing was in our crawl space. He had been here before and as always, so pleasant, knowledgeable and approachable. He found out it was a problem with our boiler and ordered the parts. So efficient. We think Blanton is the best!
