After our water heater leaked out on the floor, they came the same day we called. The replacement went smoothly, and they were professional, transparent, and affordable.

We had a very old water heater.. we woke up to it leaking everywhere. We called drucks they told us someone would be here in 45 minutes. The guy came, told us the new cost of a water heater and installation. They installed it the same day, and really saved the day.

Came home late afternoon to only cold water. Checked water heater and it was leaking. Called Druck’s and in very grateful they sent some one right away. He replaced my leaky, 10-year old water heater and took the old one away. He explained key features on the new water heater. Fast, friendly service!!

Don’t do it. I had Druck’s out for a furnace estimate and was shocked by what they did afterward. Without permission or even asking, they placed their business stickers directly over the original installer’s information on my furnace—and even on my water heater, which they weren’t there for. When I removed their stickers, the originals underneath were completely destroyed and unreadable. It’s clear they covered the existing information so I’d only call them in the future. That’s deceptive, manipulative, and absolutely unethical. Their estimate was also among the highest I received. Between the inflated prices and the shady tactics, I would never trust or recommend this company. There are plenty of honest HVAC businesses—look around before you sign anything. And because of my review, they insinuated that I have defaulted on a bill. I have never worked with them nor have I defaulted on a bill with them. It is absolutely unethical to put your sticker over another company that I used to service that appliance. It is inappropriate to put your sticker on a something that you have not been asked to work on when you were there for an estimate only. There was no accountability only a purposely misdirected reply to my review. And they did nothing to fix it or even suggest a way to do anything to rectify the situation. Run. My assessment of shady has just gone up.

We had a great experience with Drucks! They came out quickly to fix our water heater and had it up and running in no time. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. While they were here, they also took the time to check out our furnace and gave us helpful, honest advice about its condition and when we might want to consider replacing it. We really appreciated their transparency and expertise—definitely a company we’ll call again and recommend to others!
