Second experience with these guys, this time Miguel and Jason, both were very professional and thorough, spent a lot of time diagnosing and making sure we understood the whole picture and didn't miss anything. They were also super quick in getting someone out the same day which we really appreciated since we didn't have hot water. Will keep recommending DropStars!

DropStars technicians are very experienced and professional!! I did extensive research and their technician Mike was the only one who not only figured out the issue quickly but also what exactly caused it. Huge shout out to Hulices who came out on short notice to accommodate our schedule and did such an amazing job!! He went above and beyond to help and was such a pleasure to work with! Very detailed, efficient and clean with his work too. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs!
