This has been honestly the best experience I have ever had with a plumber! I called past hours when a device, I learned later, was making a buzzing noise. I called and left a message stating I wasn't sure if it was an emergency or not and was terrified to shower or run my laundry. They called back almost immediately and took the time to help me troubleshoot the problem. They came out and I can't understate how impressed I was with their knowledge and efficiency. DRC has done many projects for me over the years. They’ve worked on new sump pumps, ejector pumps, back up sump systems, faucets, and installed new toilets. All work was of the highest quality and they are very reliable.

I had a few things I wanted to have looked at. I hadn't used DRC before so I found them by searching Yelp, BBB, and Google reviews. I am glad I found them! Derek was very helpful and patient in explaining what I needed and didn't need to have done. I decided to do some replacements anyway since the equipment was older. He completed all work the same day (new water heater, new ejector pump, clear bathtub drain) and charged a fair price for the work done. I would absolutely recommend him and will use him again if an issue pops up.

We had a severe plumbing issue inside our home that was compounded by the pipes needing replacement were behind a wall. Derek took this in stride and did an exceptional job to correct the issue with minimal damage to the wall. Will not hesitate to call him in the future for all of plumbing needs.
