Leaving a review on behalf of my Dad who just had Travis out to replace the hot water heater and repair the gas fireplace: Very courteous, extremely reasonable prices, we wish we'd found him 10 years ago! Can't recommend Travis enough.

We had our sink clog up in the kitchen, and the next day Travis came out and fixed it right up. He was very nice and professional and did a great job. Also, our dogs loved the attention and scratches that he gave them. Happy holidays and thank you for the awesome experience!

Drainworks truly set the standard for what professional plumbing service should look like. They were called out to service my water heater through my property management company, and from the moment they arrived it was clear I was dealing with true professionals. After a thorough inspection, Travis discovered that the igniter had failed along with another major component that would have continued to cause problems. Instead of attempting temporary fixes, he was honest and upfront in explaining that replacing the entire water heater would be the most reliable long-term solution. What really stood out to me was the level of care, transparency, and professionalism from start to finish. Travis took the time to clearly explain what had gone wrong and made sure everything was handled the right way. My wife and I had our pool cage redone in Dec. 2023. Since that time our pool skimmer was not working as it should. We had a pool company come out and they tried, but could not repair the problem. My wife contacted many plumbers and pool repair companies, all of them stated we don't do pool plumbing for clogged pipes. The biggest surprise, the owner Travis told us he'd like to try. Travis separated himself from all the other companies just by trying. We made an appointment and he showed up on time. After about 30 minutes, at two different locations with pressure being added separately Travis then put a camera into one end and located a very small object. That object ended up being a plastic piece used in the seem of the screening projects. That small object ended up being over 6 feet long. It's now operating as it should. I genuinely am not sure if five stars is enough. Travis was absolutely amazing. We were in a bit of a pickle and he did everything in his power to get us taken care of as soon as humanly possible. I was absolutely blown away by his professionalism, his knowledge and more than anything, his kindness. His pricing was very fair considering his skill level and knowledge. He also was not trying to push anything we didn't need. We asked if we needed a recirculating pump and he was really hesitant to do it. He was like look, the price is about the same whether we do it now or later and I don't want you to have to pay extra for something for no reason. And we didn't need it!! Saved us a couple hundred bucks. I would absolutely recommend Travis to anyone who needed any plumbing work done.

They sent someone within the hour who came and gave me an estimate. He explained the situation in simple terms that allowed me to be able to make an informed decision. He gave me multiple options for the situation and allowed me to decide the best move forward that would resolve the immediate emergency, prevent future issues, and was considerate of my budget. All in all, I was very happy and I will call Drainworks for any future plumbing needs.

Drainworks will get the job done. - They may not arrive to do your job at a time your expecting pending the status other outstanding jobs so you'll have to be a bit flexible. - They're very expensive. They'll get the job done but you will pay quite a bit (above market) for it. Attempting to negotiate the price down will be futile.. -They quote by the job, not the labor hours + materials but to be fair most, if not all small contractors unfortunately do this. -Will provide a Veterans discount (did not ask for my DD-214).

Travis did an excellent job fixing my clog laundry and kitchen sink including my master bathroom sink which has a very slow drain He was installing a new pipe underneath in my bathroom and work very well now. I'm very happy that I find him to help me with my drain problem, he was very thorough explaing what he will do and etc. He wasn't rushing just taking his time to do a good job. No complaints at all infact I will recommend his company to anyone with a plumbing problem A+ TRAVIS and thank you so much fir the help.

I called Travis because my water bill was extremely high and the town said I had a leak from the water meter outside to the house. I was losing 2 gallons an hour. By the time I called him, the leak had stopped. He tried all different things to see what the cause might have been. He even called me the next day to see if I had checked an app that I had and if I had checked the water meter again. I had done both and I still didn’t find any leak. I thought it was nice that he called to check.

I had a pipe leak in the cement under my house. Travis from Drainworks came out and cut out the cement, repaired my leak, and restored the cement. I am very pleased with the results of his plumbing repair. He showed me how it was leaking before he repaired it, and gave me the pipe that was damaged.He was punctual, and left the area clean when he left. I feel the repair was priced reasonably. I will contact Drainworks Plumbing and Gas again if I have a plumbing needs. April C

We have used Drainworks several times for various plumbing issues. The work they do is great and the price is reasonable. I've had 2 major plumbing issues one was a water heater that had to be replaced and an outside leak which was due to cheap builder grade products when the house was built. Travis found that issue and redid the outside water connection with the right parts. I highly recommend Drainworks for all your plumbing needs!

Drainworks Plumbing and Gas is awesome! Travis Perkins, the Owner/Operator is wonderful to work with. He is so friendly and listens to his customers to provide the best service possible. He has done lots of work for me and my family. From shower faucets to toilet plumbing, garbage disposals and gas lines, up to and including the kitchen sink!
