Stop searching and hire The Tim’s. 100/5 stars. If you need someone who is honest, does great work, is extremely knowledgeable, goes above and beyond AND has fair pricing, you found them. We are SO lucky we found them. Our situation sucked but it could have been way worse (and frankly, 5x the cost). They communicated at every stage of the project, explained what was going on and what to expect and prepare for. They worked in single digit weather, early mornings/weekend/late nights, did everything possible to limit the cost, and really went the extra mile to complete the job although they had to move their schedule around. We had a leak in a pipe in the yard. It became urgent when we started to get water in the basement. They moved their schedule around, got the permits, rented the equipment, etc in the matter of about a day. Most people would have told us “oh well you’ll have to wait”, but the Tims CARE and that’s the difference. When they identified another issue, they already had the plan of attack in motion. Although they told us it was most likely impossible, they worked literal magic so that we didn’t have to replace concrete that was poured this past year, saving us a lot of money, stress, and time. Overall, they did EVERYTHING they could to take care of us and our situation, and made a really stressful situation as pain free as possible. I cannot even begin to express how grateful I am.

Drain Masters was recommended to me by two friends at the gym for what I thought was a plugged toilet drain line. They came by within a day of my call, diagnosed the problem at no charge, and told me I could fix it myself, or have them repair the issue at what I thought was a pretty reasonable price. I elected to do it myself to save the money as it was a pretty simple fix. They were honest and comfortable to deal with. I will definitely be calling these guys again for any plumbing issues I have.

This is the second time we’ve used drain master to route our Floor drain by washer/dryer prevent back ups! They are Extremely professional, and cleaned the area after the work was done. They charged a reasonable fee, they were on time and full of helpful information. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area who Have plumbing issues.

I needed some help fixing an underground downspout drain that I shattered while digging out a shrub in my garden. Tim was incredibly responsive, prices were competitive, the job was done quickly and no mess was left behind. DSP's card has found its rightful place on my fridge and they will be my first call if a future plumbing need arises.
