DrainMaster Drain Cleaning & Sewer Line Repair

The secretary kindly helped me over the phone to turn off the main water valve to stop the flooding. Cody Gibson arrived a few minutes later. He is a professional, knowledgeable and friendly plumbing technician who immediately diagnosed the reason for the flooding. He told me what parts to order and gave me the name of a restoration company. The parts will arrive Sunday and he will fix the water supply to the washer Monday. I couldn't ask for better service!

Customer service on the phone was fantastic and easy to work with. Devin arrived in a timley maner and did a great job. VERY happy with the work performed!

DM chard me $225.00 and could not get my drain open. They did manage to poke a hole in the pipe which caused massive water damage my basement. I guess DM not responsible for that. Still have a plugged drain

DrainMaster truly saved the day today. Our water line was leaking in our crawl space before our main shutoff and our outdoor shutoff was buried somewhere in our front garden bed (under a foot of snow no less). Our curb stop situation was unique due to how our neighborhood's water lines were set up with a master meter, and it felt like I had called countless places (our utility company, city water, and others) with no one able to help. When I called DrainMasters, Charity not only fielded the call but looped in her manager right away to assess if this was something they could assist with and made me feel like they truly wanted to help. Through sending pictures of the situation to her and the manager even calling my HOA to gather more info on the water line setup, Charity was able to talk me through what my likely options were for a repair and get me on the schedule the same day. When Cody and Jason showed up they were able to diagnose the problem quickly, locate our buried curb stop (again not just buried in our garden bed but under snow), and get the water turned off to the house to make the repair. After that it was smooth sailing and we avoided any sort of worst-case scenario where our house or crawlspace would be flooded. I cannot thank these folks enough for their help and I will definitely be using them again for any plumbing needs in the future!

Just before Christmas my basement floor drain kept backing up all over. I called Drain Master’s the day after Christmas as they had good reviews and were local family owned. John and Dillon came out in about 4 hours to investigate. They were very knowledgeable, professional and nice guys all around. Thankfully I had an outside drain clean out and chose to hydrojet and camera my main line. They were here about 2 hours scoping and jetting my line as it was tree roots causing the problem. My house is 93 years old and it was great to watch their camera scoping to see that my overall drain was still in quite good condition! They let me hangout with them the whole time and learned they also do many other drain, plumbing and HVAC work as well. Will definitely use again for any future issues!

Had a shower drain snaked. The clog was in the first bend and went down immediately. Took all of 5 minutes. Now I understand the cost of running a business. The van they drive, the tools and equipment and not to mention fuel, insurance and maintenance and other overhead cost. And have to pay the worker who is a professional at what he does.I totally get it. If something such as this can be done in "5 minutes " you should have a minimal cost less than $225.00... (However, I was told what the cost would be so I can't really complain.) strictly my opinion. Otherwise, Devin was extremely nice and courteous and did a great job and staff on phone setting the appointment was very nice and accommodating. I still give you a 5 rating.

From my first phone call to Drain Masters they (Charity) were attentive, responsive and clear in terms of options and costs. They got us on the schedule quickly as well. Great communication during the entire process. The techs, Devin and Eric, clearly knew what they were doing, easy to talk with, explained things clearly and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company. (Just for context, this was a commercial call to a relatively old church building, so a little more complicated, I'm guessing, than a residential call.) We did need a follow up visit, and I'm happy to say that it was taken care of efficiently and professionally, just as the first was. I'm very happy with DrainMaster.

Phone call was answered immediately, Charity was super helpful in getting a same-day hydrojet appointment set up for my blocked sewer drain. Prices were clear and quoted up front - $950 for hydrojet and camera with a 1-year warranty, plus a $150 fee for coming out after 5pm, and that was still half of what I was quoted by Eco Plumbers. The techs arrived a little earlier than our appointment window, first time that's ever happened to me before! They called to say they were on their way and were very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable and didn't talk down to me at all. All the good reviews are true and I will be using DrainMaster for all of my future plumbing needs!

Pat came out to our church. We was having work done and couldn’t step on or park on any part of our parking lot. So Pat parked somewhere else and then we had to squeeze behind trees that were up against the church to get to the door. He was so patient ,kind , and understanding. Obviously him coming out was an emergency or I wouldn’t have had him out in the parking lot was like that. However, he was so kind and understanding and did what needed to be done to get in the church to check our leak. Even though we couldn’t afford to get it fixed at the time, he still did an awesome job. Thank you, Pat!

Devin from DrainMaster did an awesome job. I had another plumber before try to get a stubborn clog out of a pipe that goes below my house but 2 guys tried for over an hour with a huge industrial snaker and still couldn't get the clog ou. Devin got here and unclogged it in like 10 minutes with a snake and camera and then snaked a separate clog in our kitchen sink as well. Whole visit took like half an hour and cost around $400. If you have any clog in your house call these guys before anyone else.

I'm a repeat customer, I had my main line starting to run slow so I called Drain Masters out to water jet my main sewer line. Devin came on time and worked hard on the clog until it was gone.😀 He did a great job was very professional ,kind and informative . And the office also called when he was on the way. Highly recommended, price was 950 for both camra and water jetting. Comes with one year warranty included in price 👍👍

John was fantastic! He was kind, intentional, and took the time to thoroughly assess the issue before getting to work. He went above and beyond to make sure our drain was fully unclogged and running properly. We truly appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
