Great experience. They came out on a Sunday to give us an estimate. We called at the last minute and were surprised they were there quickly. They offered a free camera inspection which was very impressive to me. Other companies will charge a lot for that service and only include it, if you hire and in some cases, not even then. Chayden listened to us and was very understanding of our current budget limitations. That's really important to us right now. It was a lot like talking to a membef of the family. We didn't feel pressured at all. I really felt that we could trust him. He seems very honest. We didn't hire them at this time. We definitely keep them on our list for future needs.

I had an issue, and as soon as I posted on Yelp, they reached out to me immediately and got Zach to setup estimate just a few hours later. Everything was done swiftly and were very flexible Zach was extremely friendly and helpful. I was very curious about every single detail, and he happily explained to me what is what and how it works. Zach took time of his day to make sure that we understood everything crystal clear and he was mindful of keeping interior clean and tidy. From now on these guys will be my go to for any plumbing issue!

These guys are the best. We had an emergency and our house started to back fill with sewage. We called and they came out in 15 min. They were transparent throughout the entire process while clearing the lines. They showed me the camera view of what was going on with the line and provided recommendations. We are happy they came when they did or else our house could’ve been way worse.

After initial appointment, they only showed to 30% of the time that they said they would to perform the job. They said they were busy, which to me meant my job did not take any priority. Said job would be done they following Monday, only to inform me on Monday that an inspection from the city was required and it may take up to ten days. I went with this company as I thought they could get the job done quickly based on the initial representations. I would have shopped around if I knew it was going to take longer. The work seems good, but I wouldn't sign the release, written by their attorney, that the job was done to a level of satisfaction that I was not comfortable with. I could say more that I was not pleased with, but this is the highlights.

This company is very expensive when compared to other plumbers. Please call around before choosing them; Luckily, I did that and saved almost $400.

First of all, I really appreciate that Leo and Nick arrived right on time. From the moment they walked into our home, they were friendly, polite, and courteous. Leo took the time to answer all of my questions and clearly explained what they were going to do, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. Our toilet drain had roots growing alongside it and even starting to come through the flange. Leo and Nick jackhammered the tile, addressed the root issue thoroughly, and completed the repair much faster than I expected. The work looked excellent—solid, professional, and done with care. Out of the four plumbers I contacted on Yelp, they were the very first to respond, and they had James out the next day to inspect the issue and give me a quote. Their price came in $400 lower than a competitor’s, and they were flexible in scheduling the installation to fit my availability. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Drain Time Plumbing has earned my trust, and I’ll definitely be calling them for all of our future plumbing needs!

Last week my wife called me frantically saying she had gotten a smell of what to be a gas leaking from our gas water heater I got on yelp looking for someone who could help us out, within 20 mins Drain Time Plumbing reached out and said to give them a call at our convenience The gentleman on the phone said he could get someone within 1 to 2 hours to our house Within 45 mins Chaydon texted me to let me know he was on the way When Chaydon got here he got to work trying to figure what was going on. He checked for leaks and couldn't find anything. At this time there was no smell at all. He stayed for a bit to make sure there was not a leak, or smell and made me feel at ease. He explained to me how the gas water heater works and how to keep up with maintenance On his way out I was reaching for my card to pay for his drive out to check and he said it was not needed. Wow what a surprise, with the way funds are tight for a lot of families this was just great to hear that a company will come and take a look and not charge for just looking. Even though he didnt do work this company definitely will get a call from me when it comes to changing out my water heater in the near future. Kudos to Drain Time Plumbing

Loved their service This is my few words as a property owner with rentals Being in the bay area i had sewer issues called Drain time plumbing due to overflow issues The owner said one of thier guys was in the area and within 1 hour Chad showed up Chad is a amazing guy first he explained the dynamic of plumbing and he is a 2 nd generation plumber moment i got to know that i knew i had the best guy on the job Rest went so easy got his electric tool out went thru the shower drainout and it was all fixed and drains flowing freely Chad is a awesome sweet gentleman believe me kind polite wonderful plumber So i can speak for all rental property landlords this a no brainer Such reasonable prices all told before they start job no hidden prices like my old plumber Daniel who refused to come saying u have to prepay now whf But not them honest family run so glad i ran into them and THANKS BOSS I too am a tile contractor in Sunnyvale and i know a good company when i deal with one Thanks Chad for your prompt service i will always reach out to guys for my rentals in Sacramento Thank you Al singh

10 stars! Mark and his team rescued us from our plumbing issues. This is our second time utilizing DrainTime plumbing for two separate issues at two different locations. And they did an excellent job fixing the plumbing issues. Mark was quick to respond to our ordeal, gave solutions and his crew was out to get things removed, replaced and running/fixed. Communication, customer service and the work done was on point. We had an issue with the clean out, toilet backup. The building was built in the 80s. cast iron gets old and needed replacement. It was replaced with a two way clean out. They got the permit, did a clean job cutting the concrete, keeping the work area clear and secure (no trip hazard) and finishing up the work within the time frame. The job came with a 10 year warranty. If you’re looking for an honest, plumber who follows code and does the job well, I highly recommend Drain Time Plumbing. They listen to your needs, explains what’s going on and what can be done and why and the price is right. Thank you Drain Time Plumbing!

The response rate was fast and the service was great; however, their estimate is definitely higher than other companies. I’m not knowledgeable about plumbing, I was encouraged to get other quotes if I wasn’t comfortable with it the price they gave, but having my newborn a week before this problem arose led me to go with the first quote to get a faster resolve. The estimate seemed fair in the beginning when I agreed as I was told they would most likely need to cut out the wood structure in their way of repair. Because of the extra labor that was estimated, $3000 made sense at the time. Although, they did not end up having to do that, and worked around the obstacle instead. Given there was still that obstacle, an increase in price of labor is reasonable but not sure if it was worth 3,000 for maybe a 2 hour job. Overall, great experience with the plumbing service and employees, but next time I would shop around and get different companies to estimate the job if time allows you to compare.

I live in an old (70 year old) house, was having issues with my bathtub not properly draining. I was hoping it was a simple clog, but Drain Time came out, ran a camera through the line, and determined that the original cast iron pipes were severely deteriorated. They also found structural issues in the sewer line between the foundation and city connection. They recommended a trenchless repair, epoxy lining the pipes inside the foundation and replacing the outside pipe with a "bursting" process. We also found an issue where the bathtub waste and overflow was missing parts of the pipe due to corrosion, and that was replaced as well. While this was a much bigger project than I had anticipated, Tommy and his crew were transparent, gave me options, and performed very high quality work, leaving hardly any mess or sign they were here. Very happy to have everything draining properly again!

Gabriel personally witnessed the damage caused by my guest and assured me that he would provide sufficient documentation to support my insurance claim. Based on that assurance, I agreed to move forward with their company for the toilet repair, even though their price was double what another plumber had quoted. I spoke with both Adam and Gabriel multiple times, and they repeatedly confirmed that I would receive an invoice with detailed notes reflecting that the damage was caused by the guest. However, after several follow-up calls, Steven issued an invoice that did not clearly state the full cause of the issue. As a result, my insurance claim was denied. The documentation provided did not reflect what was promised prior to payment. I am very disappointed with how this matter was handled.

When our water heater completely gave out, Zach Lane from Drain Time got us back on the hot-water train with no pain. For a company with “Drain” in the name, I appreciated that the only thing getting drained was the plumbing problem—not my wallet or my peace of mind. It was not a draining experience, and I was not drained after dealing with him. Zach Lane was zachly who we needed, and he handled the main job so well that it was easy to see his command of the drain domain would remain anything but in vain. He never made me feign understanding, and I never felt like I was spending money in vain. By the end, the problem was slain, my worries started to wane, and my trust in Drain Time was pretty well ingrained. Highly recommended.

I called yesterday inquiring about getting our toilet fixed, I spoke with Adam and he was able to promptly schedule a plumber to come out the next day for a free estimate. The technician, Christian, showed up on time and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He was very professional and respectful, I appreciated him taking the initiative to use shoe covers in the house. He gave me the estimate, which seemed like a reasonable price given the research and other quotes I received from different companies. He was able to run to Home Depot and get the parts he needed, and was able to return quickly to fix the toilet. The toilet looks and runs great now, he did an awesome job and we will definitely call again if we need anything else.

Drain Time Plumbing has an exceptional response time. From the time of my phone call to the repairman's arrival was 15-20 minutes. He performed a quick repair to restore the water and repaimen returned the following morning to make the complete repair. Repairmen were respectful, efficient, throughly explained the repairs, and presented a calm, unrushed, and confident persona. The office staff are also very friendly and fully support the customer's needs in each and every interaction. This is a company we have used in the past and will continue to support in the future as we have additional plumbing projects planned.
