Drain Tech Plumbing

We had a slow, clogged garage sink, and also needed our sewer line checked. I called Drain Tech yesterday, and was able to get this scheduled first thing this morning! John came out right on time. He was polite, thorough, and did a great job! He explained all the details to make sure we understood what he'd be doing, and recommended some optional future services. We've had Drain Tech out to work on other drains in the past, and have always been very satisfied. I highly recommend John, and Drain Tech!

We had another great experience with Drain Tech Company. Eli has been to our home before, and once again he exceeded expectations. We were having an issue with our main drain line in the basement leading out to our septic tank. Eli immediately diagnosed the problem and knew exactly what needed to be done. He was friendly, highly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the process. He offered clear guidance on the best solution, which we approved, and then completed the job efficiently and professionally. What really stood out was his attention to detail and respect for our home. He carefully removed and reinstalled the toilet, laid down towels, and kept everything clean throughout the entire repair. When he finished, everything was working perfectly and the area was spotless. Eli is a true model of excellent customer service. A++ all the way. We highly recommend Drain Tech Company and will absolutely continue to use them in the future.

I was able to make an appointment for the next day. Our tech, Jonny, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and worked efficiently while explaining the process at each step. Drain Tech was amazing! It was very easy to get scheduled and they were able to get us in the very next day. Eli was great! He was very thorough and explained what he was doing well, and left our home cleaner than he had found it which was surprising and super helpful! Will 100% be calling them again and requesting Eli if we ever need it!

Johnny did a great job for us. It was a difficult job as it was in an older home and many roots were were blocking the system. He jetted it out. He was so pleasant and kind. Highly recommend Johnny and draintech for service! Great price too! Thank you Johnny for a job well done and quick service.
