Tammy was great and had a plumber out right away on a Saturday to have a look at our shower. They were prompt with fair pricing and followed up with great information. We will definitely use them in the future for our plumbing needs!

Called in the morning Jim and Lisa were here around 1:00. Very Nice and Helpful. Got the job done in a short time. I would Recommend Drain Savants 100%. Tammy is so Friendly. We had a Great conversation. What a Great Company.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. Tammy was so kind and understanding from the very beginning, and she immediately made me feel at ease. She sent out her best plumber for the job, and he handled my broken gas line quickly, safely, and with real expertise. What impressed me most was how smoothly everything was handled. Gas line issues can feel overwhelming, but Tammy and her team took the stress out of the situation and gave me complete confidence that I was in good hands. It’s rare to find a company that combines skill, professionalism, and genuine compassion the way they do. I’m so grateful I called them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs reliable plumbing work done right.

Avoid this place. Terrible, had a clogged bathtub and they ended up putting holes in pipes. Of course I knew their response would be I have old pipes. So now I’m out 200 for their poor service and quality. Bathtub is still clogged and damage on top of that. Don’t go to these scammers. Just a warning

I would suggest calling another service that gives accurate estimates, shows up when they say they will, and finishes the work instead of leaving you to call someone else to complete the job.

I had another company install a back check valve last year. They told me it would take 1 week. It took them almost 3 months. Because they did not check the inventory on vault that they were going to install in front of my house. Long story short I had a big pile of dirt in front of my house for almost 90 days and multiple issues I was not happy . I gave them the benefit of doubt this year and called them to complete the back check valve yearly maintenance last Thursday. Since they are familiar with the work I figure give them 1 more shot. I left them a voicemail last Thursday, no return call Friday or Saturday since they have 24 hour service I expected a call at least by Monday 7-3. Still no return call. Waiting on them my backcheck failed and I got water in my basement this 4th July weekend. I called the owner directly and left another voicemail and text him. Still no return call or return text. Good help is hard to find I could mention the other company name but no need they will sink themselves eventually. I started looking up other companies online and came across Drain Savants. I read all the reviews and decided to take a chance. I spoke to Mark he gave me a decent quote for the work and listen to what issues I had. He sent Andy one of his experience plummers out the next morning. They clean out my back check valve and router the sewer lines in my house and out to the city street. They also router the shower drain I have in the basement that was backing up. They fixed my issue in less than 24 hours from my initial call. Mark was going to try to send someone out the same day but I told him the next morning was fine. If you are in need of a great plumming service call Drain Savants. Mark will take care of you. I typically don’t wright reviews. But I had to login to google to give Mark and his team a shoot out.

Jim and Lisa fixed an issue that I've tried to resolve for several weeks. Had ABC scheduled twice but they didn't show up one day then tried to show up 6 hours later on a different day. Tried a few rounds of using vinegar/baking soda/hot water to fix a clogged bath tub but nothing worked. Jim and Lisa were on time and fixed the issue plus cleaned up in less than 20 mins. They explained the problem was due to hair catching on a part of the drain stopper that is unnecessary b/c we dont take baths in this tub so dont even need it. Cost $250 and of course I wish the price was lower but am very thankful to have a drain that is free and clear! My family will be using Drain Savants again in the future!!

I suddenly had a busted pipe after below zero temps in Chicago. I called several plumbing companies in the area and was met with several, “I’ll call you back” messages, voice mails, and auto-answered messages. Obviously it’s a busy time for a plumber in Chicago. Then I reached Tammy and Drain Savants. Tammy immediately understood my concern and had someone at my door the very next day. Tammy and her company are a small family-owned business that is incredibly responsive, super communicative, and easy to do business with. They even communicate after hours. Thank you Tammy and Drain Savants for understanding my concerns and needs and fixing my issue right away. This kind of service is world-class.

I've never called a plumber before always had family do wk so this was something new. And I was lucky to have found Drain Savants from the call to the clean up it felt like family .. Jimmy and Lisa came the same day and were professional and super down to earth . It's nice to see a women in a man's Job it made it more comfortable for me. They fixed my husband's seal on his toilet and even did extra to make sue it was secure.. the price was the lowest from 2 other companies I called and we got a veterans discount... Lisa cleaned up as if there wasn't any work done. Cleaner then it was. Thank u jimmy and Lisa and if anyone needs a good reliable service call Drain Savants I will.

We are managing our properties from another state and got a call from one of our tenants letting us know there was a leak in the kitchen. This is the first time that we’ve had an issue in one of our units so weren’t sure where to turn. One of our friends recommended Drain Savants and we are so thankful they did. They answered our call immediately, were able to get someone to the house within an hour, find the problem and fix it. They kept us up to date the entire time, walked us through what happened, and additional way to prevent another issue from happening again. Living so far away with a burst pipe can feel so hopeless but Drain Savants were amazing in helping us!

When I say that Drain Savants got the job done, They got the job done!! I had a bathtub in one of my apartment's clogged and did not have a Plumer. So, I went on the internet and Drain Savants were the first one to pop up and I gave the a call. The Owner with a very pleasant voice answered and I had Jim the Plumer to call me with two minute's. I was given an arrival time of 12 noon but Jim and his assistant arrived at 11:27 which allowed me to get my day started early. The professionalism that was shown was outstanding and to have them leave the work area neat and clean was a plus. I really wish that I could leave 100 stars because Drain Savants deserve them.

Our shower wasn't draining. After calling another plumbing company they couldn't get it to drain. I asked if drain savants can get my bathtub draining. Specifically to rod out the bathtub drain only. They said they can do it. Jim and Lisa showed up on time, very polite and after about 15-20 min the tub was draining again. I actually couldn't believe it! Especially after another company failed at it. My whole household was so happy that we can shower again. Local business that takes good care of the community. Tip these guys- they deserve it. Will 100% recommend and use again.

Best ever! Our toilet clogs up from time to time and I’ve never been able to get a plumber out same day unless I call first thing in the morning. But even then, it’s usually the next day. I called at like 4pm and there was someone at my door less than two hours later. Amazing! They also gave me a guarantee that if the toilet clogs up again the next week after trying the new suggested toilet paper, that they would come out for free and unclog it again. They are super friendly as well and seem to be good people who care about what they do. I would highly recommend!

I am so GRATEFUL for Drain Savants! With such short notice, they were able to schedule an appointment much sooner than I had expected. And as an added bonus they were very reasonably priced!! Mark was professional and quick to explain to me what the issue was and how to go about fixing it. He even suggested ways to prevent the problem from reoccurring in the future. I would highly recommend Drain Savants to friends, family, and anyone in need of a fast and efficient plumber.

Called Mark at Drain Savants regarding tenant had very little hot water coming out of shower, he sent Jim & Lisa the next morning, they shot air thru the shower pipe and grit & rust blew out, the hot water blasted out and was free flowing. I am so happy to of found Mark, Jim & Lisa! Very professional, courteous, knew how to resolve the problem fast and left the bathroom clean.
