I have been using Dezmond for plumbing services 2020. He has serviced my rental property and my home. On Friday, Ausust, 29, 2025, I had a river of moving water all over my first floor as a result of washing clothes, my third load of 6. I purchased a wet vac and vacuum the water up. I called and texted Dezmond Saturday morning to access what caused the water damage from a plumbers perspective. He said his tech Johnathan would arrive between 3 and 5 pm Johnathan arrived at 1:56 pm. He was in a company T-Shirt, courteous, responsive, professional, and provided quality work. He identified the source of the damage, explained everytlhing along the way and he fixed the problem. His price was reasonable. I would use him again and I highly recommend his service.

I was quoted nearly $8,000 for something that didn’t need to cost anywhere close to that… After dealing with multiple companies (including one that didn’t even fix the issue), I finally found Drain Kings—and they restored my faith in honest service. They installed both of my water heaters, picked up one directly from Home Depot, and even fixed an extra plumbing issue for FREE—including picking up the part themselves. While I was out of town on a business trip, my upstairs sink overflowed. When I got home Friday, water was coming out of a water puddle in my ceiling and out of my air vent. Saturday, and HVAC person came out and said it was not the AC overflow/ secondary drain, so I called a plumber. They could not come out until Wednesday. I called Drain Kings, and they were here in less than a hour. They fixed the leak, replaced the cracked pipe, and broken seals and gaskets. I will totally recommend them to everyone I know in DFW. I’ll be calling to see if they can repair pool water fill valves later!!!

I first used Drain Kings in 2023 to have a new toilet installed. Great job! I phoned again today because I wasn't getting cold water from my kitchen faucet. Because it was a simple fix of simply turning the water cutoff valve, he asked only for a good review. Of course, I wasn't going to not pay him at all, especially given the distance he traveled. They are always punctual, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, and they clean up after the repairs are done. I’ve used Drain Kings for at least the last 6 years. I’m a loyal customer and the owner remembers EVERYTHING about the work they’ve done to my house. I’ve had sewer lines unclogged, a new hot water heater installed, and most recently a water line leak in which they rerouted my ground line through the attic which saved in cost (no jack hammering my kitchen floor or tunneling).
