Eddie just finished replacing a faucet on our bathroom sink. The project was not straight forward and required a skilled plumber to work through challenging obstacles. Eddie is very talented and stayed within the quoted budget. On top of that, he is thoughtful and a pleasure to speak to. I will definitely be calling Eddie again the next time we have any plumbing issues.

Eddie was kind enough to come check out an outdoor drain that’s been backing up & to give me a tutorial on the full system, potential courses of action, and pros and cons, including what he would do if it were his own home—all for no charge and on the same day I contacted him. Eddie was able to fix a very tough blockage of our bathroom sink. I know this is a hard thing to fix because my husband who is extremely handy failed to fix it. My husband pushed a 25ft snake all the way out and couldn't find the blockage. And our sink which was never clogged for the 12 years we lived here was completely blocked overnight. Eddie was able to clear it for us with a trick here and there. He is also a very pleasant person to talk to. Compared to those corporate like companies, he also only charged a very small price for his good work.

The best experience I've ever had hiring a plumber. The owner, Eddie, was warm, kind, and friendly. His assistant, Simon, did a wonderful job replacing my garbage disposal and master bathroom faucet. Prices for labor were more than fair, and I appreciated him reaching out to me to confirm before the appointment. He really does care about his customers, and it shows.
