Joel came out and put a ton of hard work in snaking my seriously clogged main line. Took some doing but he got it. Very impressed by his tenacity. Don’t know if I would have had the patience he did. Fair price too. Would recommend!

Clogged kitchen drain causing us to call Drain Doctors...Joel arrived that morning and snaked it out...80 feet. Gave us tips to help prevent this from happening again. Friendly and knowledgeable. Might have saved my marriage. 😁

These guys returned my call almost before I'd finished leaving a voicemail about my clogged main sewer line! A friendly, professional technician arrived within half an hour and cleared out the sewer line within minutes. The price was extremely reasonable and the speed of service couldn't have been any better. Thank you!

Called about a septic issue, was told he would be out the next day. We followed up the next day and was told he’d be out the following morning. That never happened and we got ghosted without an explanation. You’re busy, I get it, but this is not good business practice and you wasted two days on a time sensitive issue. We had a great experience with a competitor.

The first time I called Drain Doctors, they were quick and fixed my drain issues pretty quickly although did I thought the bill was a little high. $230 to have the mainline jetted and cleaned. It has only been a little over a month and my drains are backed up again. When I called today, they weren't able to look up my information. I don't think they have an effective method (a computer) for looking up customers information and paid invoices. I was accused of not paying my bill even though it cleared my account several weeks ago! Also, I called at 8 am this morning and he said they would be there by 11am but did not show up until after 1pm and never called to let me know! I don't think I will be using them to fix my drains again.

These guys are the absolute best in every way you could think of and that's no exaggeration either - they are simply the lowest/best priced, best top notch professionalism from the time you call in to everyone you will speak with in between and finally to the technicians that come to your house and get the job done, extremely fast to respond and also extremely fast to get the job done, friendly, completely honest (no exaggeration at all), and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Just great human beings to deal with all around in a mostly thankless job that is a tough job most people would not want to do whatsoever so I see them as basically heroes quite honestly. I called them on Tuesday and left a message with my name number and problem and within the hour, Riley called me back and told me someone would be on the way later in the day and this was at a time when I knew they were extremely busy with many different jobs to deal with but they fit me right in the same day and a few hours later Joel called and said he was 5 minutes from my house and if I was home he would be there in 5 minutes which I was and he was there within exactly 5 minutes. The problem I was facing was standing water in my vent roof stack which brought draining of all connected sinks and drains and toilets in my home to a virtual standstill and basically the next time I flushed the toilet there would have been a backup due to the lack of venting in the main 4" cast iron 98 year old main drain sewer pipe all were connected to. Joel arrived alone and immediately went to work on the top of my roof with 125 foot electric drain auger that had a special yolk cutter attachment on the end and within 20 minutes time put virtually the entire length 115 ft deep into my sewer line until he reached the connecting municipal tap out on the street and augured the complete distance of my sewer line. The standing water in the main roof vent stack finally broke and started to drain at the final 115-ft mark deep so this was plugged back all the way to the municipal main 115 ft away. Joel had the entire distance cleared within 20 minutes of what he told and showed me was heavy sludge and roots and some synthetic lint and sponge material all bound up together. He clean the entire length out and flushed the entire pipe system out afterwards by running the taps and that was that he completely solve the job and did it 100% complete the whole length of the sewer line. No BS here at all just a top professional who's probably seen it all 100 times over and knew exactly what to do and was lightning quick to get it done and done right the first time. I then met him at his truck for the bill he wrote up for me and when he told me the price I had to hesitate out of shock because I could not believe it was so low and I will not tell you how much it was here because I don't think it would be in their best interests but let me just tell you it was unbelievably low to the point of shock. I was expecting about 3 to 4 times the amount he quoted me. I had to do a double take to ask him if this was really the price and he said yes and then I simply paid him and he was off on his way. He also gave me some expert advice for the future in regards to this job as far as the roots he found were concerned and how extensive he thought it might be or a problem in the future and what to do or what not to do and this was extremely helpful. So there is my story with no embellishment or exaggerations. I cannot recommend Drain Doctors any more than to say they have absolutely everything going for them in an ideal drain and plumbing business from the consumer or customers perspective. I could not have asked for a better experience in every single way possible from price to service it was a 10 out of 10. Thanks again to Riley and Joel. You are a rare breed of extremely honest and extremely skilled technicians.

Our kitchen sink (!) clogged on Friday afternoon . . . apparently it doesn't like chunks of pork, even after chewed up by the disposal. After I opened the cleanout plug in the drain line under the sink and snaked it with a 25' snake attached to my 3/8" drill and having NO success, I began looking for a plumber. I spent a bit of time reading reviews, finally settling on Drain Doctors. I called around 7:30 a.m. on Saturday morning. Within an hour, as promised, "Joel" arrived and went to work. He brought in an electric snake and ran about 60' of line out before he cleared it completely, saying he felt several obstructions along the way. I had an issue just waiting to happen I believe, and my last little bit of pork gristle was the straw that broke the proverbial camel's back. Just for good measure, Joel continued until almost 80' of snake had been paid out. He said he has been in the drain clearing business for 42 years; I believe it. His little machine cleared my drain in about two hours, all told. As good as that story is, the best part was the reasonable cost. His total cost was $115, about as reasonable as anyone could expect for a plumber to show up on demand at 7:30 in the morning! WOW! Need a plumber? Call Drain Doctors!

I called to have a clog fixed in my kitchen sick. The technician came to my house got under my sink and when unscrewing a pipe broke one of the pipes. The pipe was not in good condition and I had no issue replacing the broken pipe. However upon repairing the broken pipe it seemed like another separate pipe was damaged when the drain was being snaked. After fixing both broken pipes at our own expense I called to let the company know that the original issue of the sink being clogged was still present. The gentlemen, Joel, on the phone asked me how it was even possible for the technician to break the pipe because they go in xy way to snake the drain. I told him I didn't know because I was not a plumber. He said he would have to get his technicians side of the story ... in reality I just wanted to have the clog which was my original issue fixed. What side of the story? I wasn't asking for compensation of my piping, I just wanted the clog (which I was being charged for) to be fixed. After having my piping ruined, being called a liar by Joel on the phone he hung up on me when I was upset. Would NOT recommend this company. Very poor unprofessional service. Well ... not service, because my drain is still clogged.

Our upstairs bathrooms weren't draining. Because our main and lower floor were ok, I called in as "not an emergency, whenever you can get to us." They said they could be over in an hour, but I think it was actually closer to half that. The tech was professional, personable, and took good care to prevent leaving a mess. It was a bit of a tricky job, because the clog was down the side of a T fitting, so the snake wasn't wanting to make that turn. Working together we were able to come at it after removing a fitting and then he was able to get a giant clog of hair out of the pipe. This is the second time I've had them come help with a clog, previous time was ~4 years ago, and based on both of these I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I had a kitchen sink that was clogged. The last time that happened, I called Roto Rooter and it was so expensive that I was determined to fix this myself. Tried snaking it (25ft). Tried a chemical approach. No luck. I had to find a professional to help me. Researched service providers using Google Reviews (so thank you to all the folks who left reviews for Drain Doctors!). I called at 8:15am, they were out to my place by by 9am and fixed the sink within 15 min (and 45 feet of snake) all for a super reasonable cost (my point of comparison being Roto Rooter). They were quick, professional and affordable. I felt taken care of, not taken advantage of. Many thanks to Christian for getting my kitchen functional again!

We had a clogged drain in our guest bathroom, Christian came out to unclog. He spent about 15 minutes on the job & charged $100. That was fine considering it worked after, 1 week later the drain clogged up again. I called back to share this information with them & they sent out Joel who was the father of the boy who came out the previous week. I got charged another $100 for that same repair. If Christian would have put in the same effort as Joel, there should have been no reason to have another repair made or another $100 fee. The second fee should have been taken care - of no charge, considering the job was not done properly the first time. Would not recommend this company for future business needs.

20 minutes to kickoff and the basement kitchen sink is spewing sewer water everywhere. Omg! Who u going to call? After making the serious mistake of removing the drain access plug and getting a face full of sewer water I called these guys. The team arrived very promptly with extra points for doing so during the bronco game and took care of business very professionally and quickly. They were clean, courteous, efficient, and had good sense of humor. In and out in under 30 minutes and cleaned up a real mess. At the point I called money didn't matter but the price was surprisingly reasonable for a Sunday afternoon bronco game emergency call. Well done and highly recommended.

I greatly appreciate Drain Doctors' integrity. I asked them to come clean three potentially problematic areas due to concerns about the recent rains, including the drain in a basement stairwell and two slow-filling toilets. After his inspection, Christian told me that cleaning the drains and toilets wasn't needed, to hold the toilet handles as they refilled, and if I was concerned about potential flooding in the basement stairwell, my money would be better spent getting a portable sump pump. Thre was no charge for the call, which, by the way, was less than an hour after I spoke to dispatch. We could use more honest businesses like this.

like others, I started with the wrong company first to get my toilet blockage fixed. like others, the other company also tried to tell me that the only way to fix it was to spend over $12000 to fix the entire house - for one toilet. I called these guys, they came out quick and diagnosed the problem and took care of it. they did let me see pics and advised that I should think about doing some repiping - but not the super hard sell of the other guys. and gave me a reasonable quote to do the work where I didnt need another mortgage. definitely calling them FIRST if I have any other issues due to their professionlism and great service!
