When he did, he walked directly into my home without showing any identification or introducing himself. I was handed a document to sign regarding potential pipe damage and was then told a higher price than I had originally been given, which appeared to be due to a lack of communication …”
“We had two drains clogged and the drain doctor came out within 24 hours of our call. We were given no time range of when they would come and it was a complete surprise when they showed up (woke us up at 9am to the door knocking). The guy was helpful and nice, he unclogged the drains quickly. We were charged $195 per drain.”
