“We had a blocked sewer line that backed up into our basement. Before we contacted Jordan another plumber recommended replacing a section of our sewer line, a $4,500 fix. Jordan was able to come out very quickly and resolved the issue by cleaning the line. All at a VERY reasonable price.”

“Our pipe broke last night - the worst timing. Many places, although they call themselves 24/7 services, seemed to be reopen on Tuesday. I call Dr. Drain, and they called back immediately, and told us how many houses were ahead of us. They kept updating the progress via text.”

“I had a plugged kitchen sink drain and asked for a plumber to come out. His evaluation was that the sink was not plugged and that the septic tank was full creating the issue. He charged me $49 and left. Septic company said "that is how a septic tank is supposed to look like, full", there are no issues. Called Dr. Drain about the misdiagnosis and asked about how much it would be to snake the drain. They refused …”
