They arrived exactly when they said they would and kept clear, consistent communication throughout the process. I had a serious bathroom issue where the toilet backed up and was overflowing at the rim--definitely not something you want to deal with on your own. For many years, I’ve worked with several Home Warranty companies, and nearly in every case the Home Warranty company sends substandard service providers, claiming to be experts, but never seeming to get the job done in a professional manner, even after paying absorbent upfront service fees. I had recently switched to Homeserve, who dispatched Downey Plumbing for some plumbing leaks I was experiencing. I was shocked and very pleased in my experience with this very highly rated plumbing company. Their technician, Roman, arrived on time, very professional in both presence and knowledge, and got the jobs done, not only in a timely fashion, but with no service fees or additional cost to me. After dealing with some challenging Home Warranty companies and plumbers over the years, I was honestly ecstatic to receive such excellent service! Kudos to both Downey Plumbing and Roman! Our Diagnostic Specialist Tyler Plueger did an outstanding job installing our in wall gas furnace. Very detail oriented and did a thorough job to include the ventilation. I’m am extremely happy with the outstanding service I received. Tyler did a great job of protecting my floor and kept his work area clean. Also cleaned the furnace wall opening after removing the old furnace and installing the new furnace. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing, heating or air conditioning needs.
