Great experience with Douglas Orr Plumbing. Pricing was fair, and Juan and James were excellent. They arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with my water heater, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair efficiently. They replaced the necessary components, flushed the tank, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.

I hired Douglas Orr Plumbing to come check out my bosses’s new Toto Neo Rest that was installed a little over a year ago, there was a infrequent leakage problem that no other plumber in town could resolve. I was referred to the company by Toto themselves, I was told they are the only experts on Toto installations in dade county. Orr plumbing send Angel and Matt to come resolve the problem that I was having that no other plumber could resolve. After a short visit Angel the master plumber quickly recognized the issue that we were having and put together a solid plan of what needed to be done to not only temporality fix the problem but also ensure that the Toto is properly installed. I am writing this review because it is hard to find an expert, professional and friendly plumbing company to provide the type of service that I received. If anyone ever needs help from a plumbing expert, Douglas Orr is the place to call.

Vernon was absolutely incredible. Our kitchen sink was completely backed up, and he spent over an hour carefully snaking the drain and working through years of grease, buildup, and honestly some serious kitchen drama. He even managed to pull out a metal scrubber that had somehow gotten stuck deep in the pipe! He was professional, patient, hardworking, and explained everything as he went. By the time he finished, our sink was draining perfectly again and working better than it has in a long time. You can tell he really cares about doing the job right instead of rushing through it. If you need a plumber who is reliable, knowledgeable, and willing to tackle the gross stuff without complaint, Vernon is your guy. Five stars all the way! And best of all I can use my kitchen sink again.

What a good experience it was from first phone call through Home Depot to the final installation. Patrick Watt, the plumber who did the installation of a new water heater was detailed, clean work area, cautious, and professional all the way. I believe it was the best plumbing experience I’ve had. Same day service through Home Depot with delivery and removal and disposal of old water heater all went as planned. Great job! I recommend them 100% and will get my repeat business for any future plumbing needs.

Douglas Orr Plumbing did a great job on our master bath in Coral Gables. Chucky Angel and Carlos were very careful professionals that paid attention to detail and did things the right way. It’s an employee owned company and it shows.
