Needed shower faucet fixed. I've had 3 different plumbers out. It was a commercial faucet and no one knew how to fix it, actually had a guy sit on my toilet for almost an hour looking up illustrations on his phone on how to fix it 🤔. To the rescue was Doug. Got his name from Renners plumbing supplies, where I went to buy a part for shower. He spent 2 1/2 hours. Knew exactly what he was doing, no hesitation. A lot of plumbing had to be redone and a new faucet. He is now our forever plumber. From nightmare to superman of plumbing. There are really some crazy people out there saying they are plumbers. Would recommend him totally

Doug & his tech came out within a couple hours when we discovered our water heater had corroded and was leaking. They were friendly, professional and efficient! The installation was done within about 1.5 hours; pricing was fair; the whole process was well handled. They even took the time show us how to drain it for yearly maintenance and didn't rush off. This company is top notch and we highly recommend!

Have tried to contact Doug 3 times over the last 2 weeks, no return calls, no text, no follow up of any kind. These positive reviews are misleading. He either has so much work he doesn't to follow up. Jim S

If you are in the Canton/Jackson area and need a QUALITY plumber that you can TRUST, look no further! You need to call Doug Mullaly! Doug is not only a skilled plumber, he is very conscientious and super helpful. Doug will not push you into buying things you don't need and he will ensure that you are taken care of. If additional work is needed, he'll be back the next day. We called Doug on a Friday night and he was there before lunchtime the next day (Saturday). He was able to figure out what we needed (3 other plumbers had failed us), and he did it all with a smile. Doug is a quality plumber and a quality person. You won't be disappointed.

My Water Heater started leaking Friday night, I called Doug Mullaly around noon Saturday and we arranged for him to install a new 50 gallon unit Sunday afternoon. Mr. Mullaly arrived on time Sunday with a new unit. Installation, removal of the old tank and clean up were completed in a professional manner in under two hours at what I deemed a reasonable price.

Doug has completed two different plumbing jobs for us and we are very pleased with the results. One was an emergency and he was able to come and fix it in less than 3 hours from when we initially called him. The second job he fixed our shower drain that was incorrectly installed by a different plumber. He is very professional and reasonably priced!
