I Had a main line clog. I initially called a different plumber because it was on a Sunday and also over the holiday weekend and Don the Plumber was closed. The other plumber that I called prices were so high, I decided to wait until Monday to call Don the Plumber. On Monday when I called Don the Plumber I spoke with Laura, who is extremely nice and very knowledgeable. She sent Rafael out and he was timely, fast and efficient. He answered all of my questions. Don the Plumber is reasonably priced and not charging an arm and a leg. I felt very comfortable using them. You can tell they are not trying to take advantage of you and not over charging you. I have used them in the past to fix my toilets and at that time Rafael fixed both toilets fast and efficiently. These people know what they are doing from answering the phone to getting the job done. Don and his crew are excellent. Great communication from the start and through out the process. They diagnosed the issue and got right to work. The work was exceptional. He located a box that had been missing for years. They were fair priced. They cleaned up and left it in perfect shape. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Don the Plumber. Terry was the technician both times we've had service calls. Our issues were basic problems. He consulted with Don for an estimate. Very professional, on-time, overall great service. AND the office staff is friendly and answers the phone!

This company was a huge disappointment. I called them based on recommendations from Next door. The technician was very friendly and professional but did leave a big pile of dirt in my front yard. $320 for a one hour job is excessive gouging.

I want to share a genuinely positive experience with Don Plumber. For months, my store had a terrible odor that we just could not locate. At first, we suspected a gas leak, then checked the roof for leaks, and even replaced the toilet wax ring. After spending time, effort, and money, we still had no solution. The smell lingered, and on windy days it became unbearable. We had to keep both the front and back doors open just to ventilate. It was exhausting, frustrating, and disruptive to the business. Finally, a friend recommended Don Plumber—and that changed everything. Booking the appointment was fast and easy. Don showed up on time, was extremely friendly, and took a very systematic approach in diagnosing the issue. Step by step, he traced the smell and discovered the real cause: a broken drain pipe behind the bathroom sink inside the wall. Wastewater was not going into the drain at all—it was leaking into the wall, causing mold and a horrible odor. Don immediately proposed a solution and repaired the damaged pipe efficiently. The next day, the smell was completely gone. Their service was fast, accurate, reasonably priced, and honestly a lifesaver. Highly recommend!

Both toilets in our home were damaged and we thought we needed 2 new toilets installed. I'd use Don the Plumber in the past and we were very pleased with their work, their ethic and their professionalism, so it made total sense to call them again. I made an appointment for a consultation. They came and after assessing everything, determined that we only needed to purchase one toilet, but the second one needed to be reset and other minor repairs. That decision saved us hundreds of dollars. We set the date and time for the work to be done. They were on time and communicated prior to arriving. They did the work and readily answered any questions that I had and when they were done, it was a of we had two NEW toilets. Needless to say, once again we were very pleased with their service. As long as they are in business, Don the plumber is who I'm going to call for all of my plumbing needs. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

We HIGHLY recommend Don the Plumber!! In a desperate search at 10 p.m. on a recent weeknight (because I had just discovered our water heater was leaking all over the garage floor), my husband found Don’s website as well as three other plumbers and left messages for them all. Don was the only one who responded, contacting us promptly at 7 a.m. the next morning. He came out himself a few hours later, and replaced our water heater plus fixed some other related things. Got to work, no BS, no trying to upsell us. The cost was fair and actually much less than my husband expected. Just did the job and took his time to get it right. That’s his process and his promise. We also love that it’s a family-owned business. We will for sure call on him again for any future needs.

Neighbors today I used Don the plumber that I found here from my Nextdoor neighbors and I highly recommend him. He came when he said he would, was super nice and helpful. Explained everything that he did and even went a bit above and beyond (which is unheard of these days) and offered great customer service. Our bathroom is fixed and I am so pleased by the work he performed. It was at an extremely fair price and gave me an estimate to replace our water heater when we're ready. We are definitely calling him back to do the job. He's a small business owner training his son as his apprentice. I was impressed and would recommend his services to anyone. Had a new fridge delivered and realized the water valve for the water and ice maker was original to the house and had seen better days. Don was able to come out the day after I called and set an appointment and replaced it with a new and much higher quality valve. It’s not a big job for sure, but he was on time, communicated well, and was friendly and professional. I spent a lot of money on that fridge and didn’t want a cheap old water valve to lead to a leak or worse. Thanks Don for getting me all fixed up and giving me a little extra peace of mind!

Rafael with Don the Plumber came over today to work on 4 issues that needed repairs. I am SO HAPPY I contacted them! Rafael was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He explained what and why the problem occurred (primarily the garbage disposal and dishwasher not working). The problems were all fixed and the price was very reasonable!! Needed a plumber right away to come out to fix a problem I had with my valves leading to my washing machine. I contacted them Sunday night which was really easy to do and then Monday morning Don was at my door ready to fix my problem. Don was awesome and very knowledgeable and I felt at every moment he had my best interests in mind. He installed new valves for me within less than an hour and checked everything over and cleaned up. Very impressed. I highly recommend them! Thanks again Don.

Don was awesome. My mother in law had a hot water leak in the slab. One company said the only way to fix it was go thru the slab at a cost in the 5 figures and we would have to wait a week We saw Don recommended on neighborhood app. He came out after dinner, gave us a much better option that did not involve going thru the slap. He came the next day and it ws less than 1k. He was awesome and explained all the options prices and let us choose. Great guy

Had a drain clog over the weekend. Called several plumbing services but no one seemed available & we’re quoting high. I messaged Don & not only did he give me very reasonable pricing, he was able to fit me in the same day. He even pushed up our call due to emergency water overflow. He got the clog cleared fast & gave us an honest assessment of our current situation. Would highly recommend him to anyone for their plumbing needs!

Immediate, personal phone pickup when making a call to request service. Attendant was able to review existing service appointments and provide available options. Technician was courteous and knowledgeable, had clean tools when entering the house and cleaned up the work area very well. This is my third experience with Don the Plumber company and I will use them for my plumbing service requirements in the future.
