I cannot recommend Ben enough—he was fantastic to work with. He came out very quickly and gave great insight on how to accomplish a tough project. He provided multiple options to ensure the least amount of damage to the house and came up with a great solution. He was an excellent communicator and very honest. I’d recommend him to anyone
Needed help with the plumbing work for a soft water system. Absolutely great service. I had a last minute ask and they were able to help me with no issue. It didn’t take them long to provide quality service. Very happy with the outcome and this will definitely be my go to for all my plumbing needs.
Ben really put my mind at ease with fixing some work I had done previously from another company. He was professional, polite, timely, and honest and his fees were very reasonable. He fixed what seemed to be some questionable work and did it right! I would call him again and with any concerns regarding plumbing.
The base of one of our toilets broke after a fall, so I reached out for help. Ben responded quickly, helped us choose a toilet that fit our bathroom perfectly, and installed it promptly. Even our curious cat supervising the process didn’t faze him! He was professional, personable, and reasonably priced—I’ll definitely be calling him for our next plumbing need.
We have used Dogwood twice. Both times they came out quickly, fixed the issue and was on their way. They were attentive, caring, great service and friendly. Prices are reasonable. Definitely our preferred plumbers.
