“DNI always takes good care of us. This time, they came out for a humidifier repair, realized that it was going to take some plumbing, as well (shutoff valve was frozen and needed to be replaced). JD was out later the same day to handle the plumbing part of the job so that Mark can come back to finish the humidifier.”
