DNI always takes good care of us. This time, they came out for a humidifier repair, realized that it was going to take some plumbing, as well (shutoff valve was frozen and needed to be replaced). JD was out later the same day to handle the plumbing part of the job so that Mark can come back to finish the humidifier. It's really nice to be able to rely on one company for both HVAC and plumbing. They are fair, reliable, and professional. Can't ask for much more.
Zach from DNI Heating & Cooling did an outstanding job troubleshooting a refrigerant issue on my Bryant dual-fuel system. He didn’t just top off the charge — he methodically checked for leaks using nitrogen pressurization, electronic detection, and a vacuum hold test. He replaced the Schrader valves, added fluorescent dye and sealant, and explained every step clearly and professionally. I appreciated his patience, technical depth, and commitment to getting it right. It’s rare to see that level of care and diagnostic rigor. If you want your system serviced by someone who treats it like his own, ask for Zach.
This company is fantastic. Easy to do business with, they really have great customer service and support throughout the whole job from start to finish. You deal with one person(Billy is the best) through out the process. They are upfront about everything and Zach Rameriz and Will were just great, respectful and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. New A/C unit outside our home and no hassle or issues. My recent experience with DNI was disappointing. I own a condominium out of state and required prompt repairs to the AC unit, as it was no longer producing cool air. Because I have a tenant in the unit, timely resolution was essential. What appeared to be a minor repair ultimately extended into 3 days of work, resulting in three separate invoices totaling approximately $5,000- without prior calls or explanations. Communication throughout this process was severely lacking. In situations where a job requires additional hours of labor, or when scope changes, I expect the technician to contact me to explain the circumstances. Despite two months of requesting a conversation with a technician to understand what was done, I only recently received a call. During this time, the Accounts Receivable department repeatedly contacted me about payment, while I still had no clarity on the repairs performed. This experience has left me concerned that my absence from the property may have led to unnecessary work hours and inflated costs. Greater transparency and proactive communication are essential when working with any customer.
I run a business that relies on refrigeration. DNI got a technician out before anyone else could. Repairs were extensive and there was a lot of back and forth. Ultimately, after a great deal of trouble-shooting, the problem was resolved. Throughout the process, Jasmine, in the office, was helpful, understanding, and helped me get a reduction on the final bill due to the inconvenience.
