DNA professionals repaired our septic system quickly and efficiently. This isn't the first time we have used them. Their honesty and quality work the last time they were out made us loyal customers and they will be the only ones we call with plumbing issues.

D-N-A plumbing was a great experience, they showed up on time. Miguel was very polite, and understood the issue, explained it to me in detail. They made the repairs quickly and the cost was reasonable. It was nice to find a company these days that that actually have great customer service, with a smile. Thank you for your assistance to resolve our issue. PS: They each left with a homemade cookie that my wife gave them. 🤗😄

Had a leaky wall in the kitchen where I called DNA Plumbing; they were able to get me on the schedule quickly. Notifications and communication were letting me know when the team would get to my house. Check the pipe pressure, opened up walls to make sure there was no pooling of water and found that the dishwasher had a hole return hose. Had the team make sure the kitchen was up to code and replaced the disposal system to make sure everything was properly warrantied. Overall long day but atleast the house is dry now.

I've gotten no less that 4 spam emails to leave a review for them so here goes. I've not had a single repair done with DnA that I didn't have to have them back again to fix. The saga of our water heater is a long one so buckle in. We had a water heater installed in our barn before the barn was finished. We had water temporarily hooked up which caused the water heater to have issues. They blamed trash in the line or air...fine, seems reasonable. Once we had a permanent clean water supply we had them out 3 times to fix the water heater under warranty. It would work for a day or two then quit, the last time they ended up replacing it completely for one with a lesser parts warranty and no labor warranty. Fast forward about a year and change, element goes out. Not a huge deal, we hadn't been using it all that much so I went to home depot and got a new element for $9.98. Get back to swap it out and find out that DnA installed this new heater with NO drain so I had no choice but to call them out again. The tech told me that the only way they could drain it would be to cut the plumbing and "tip it over" to drain it and it would be about $400...for a $9.98 fix. After a bit of back and forth they finally agreed to plumb in a drain and use my part to fix it for $199. Still high but whatever. They put in a janky drain off the inlet and I guess I'm good to go. They get 2 stars because it was super easy to schedule with them.

They charge fees according to the value of the house and person or persons, not by the work. As soon as they walked up my front door they raised price, telling me gas company comes out free, who asks them for giving this public advice. Money gambling

Update: I have used DNA plumbing several times, twice for our own home (gas line replaced and todays visit) and my parents home. Today they came to replace our water heater, and install new plumbing fixtures in our master bathroom. During the install, I inquired as to why we've had wonky water pressure issues for the 14 years we have lived here, and these guys figured it out. Apparently in our water service line, there was a black iron fitting (which apparently is NOT for the water line) that was corroded and leaching toxins into our water. They switched it out and the water pressure issue resolved immediately. I only wish we could have known about this earlier on. I cant believe that we have been bathing and ingesting this stuff for the whole time we have been here. Thank you DNA plumbing! We've used DNA for several jobs now. The most recent being tonight, for my parents' existing water RO line to a brand new filter faucet. I had originally had another plumber come out to do it, but he could not figure it out, so I called DNA to see if they could help us out. The guys that came out were respectful and worked so hard. I felt so bad for how late they worked, but they did not complain and were able to navigate what seemed like a difficult job. They could have quit, but they really worked so hard to get it to work and were professional during the process. I have recommended DNA to my neighbrohood group as well, and one of my neighbors who used them also was impressed. Highly recommend! Thank you.

I called DNA Plumbing, heating and air, on Tuesday morning and by Tuesday afternoon I had a crew out here, Brian and Carlos, and explained to me what the situation is and we saw it when we turned the water on outside in the yard in a terrace was a broken, old, backwash stop, and it broken between them in the brass so the whole thing had to be replaced. When we agreed on the quoted price, they got the parts because they’re not common parts came back and before the afternoon was over. Had the water back on and up-to-date up to code backwash valve put on the feeder line to the house prior to the filter I have in the garage. Their work was done professionally both Brian and Carlos know what they’re doing, and they said fourth immediately to putting it in with the right tools working together because it is up on a terrace made it a little bit more Difficult and finished it out making it look professional P gravel and all! Brian and Carlos are a good working team, they think within conjunction of each other and get the parts that are necessary and work well together to make the end result, most excellent! So I’m grateful for the repairs that Bryan and Carlos did and I’m grateful for the company sending out the right people to do the right job and I’m clearly very happy with DNA Plumbing!

I called them to replace a water heater, they told me it was 149 for a worker to come out to my house and I agreed, when the technician came to the house he said the water heater and labor will be 2500 (mind you a 50 gallon electric water heater is about 600 dollars, so bascially Charing 1900 for labor) I told him that is way too much, and then the technician responded by saying “how much can you do? If you pay cash is will be cheaper”I guess their pricing model includes bargaining and tax evasion, I said 2000 to see what he would say, and he called the boss and immediately said yeah we can do it, before he could start any work I called around and got quoted 1400 by 4 other companies. I told him no thank you I will not be going with you all. Then he proceeded to say it will be 149+200 “diagnostic fee” (diagnosing a leaking water heater that obviously has to be changed) what are you diagnosing? Complete rip off of a company trying to prey on how desperate they think you are. I ended up getting the work done with another company for a grand total of 1100. I will steer every friend away from this scam of a company

The management made the situation right. ————————————————————————— I want to preface by saying I was referred by a company I generally use for residential and highly trust. They said this place was great for commercial businesses like mine. Knowing I was limited on funds I asked the attendant on the phone for clarity on the fees I would be expecting for my visit today, she said it was $89 for them to come and check out any issues I may have and if I chose to do a repair it would be waived or incorporated into overall cost. When the two men arrived they said that $89 was a travel fee but that their diagnostic would be $299 and it would be waived or incorporated into the repair fee. The repairs would be $1400 to replace two parts of my sink but brand new sink with new parts literally costs $600 to replace completely. They did not fix my sink I’m short $299 for less than 20 minutes of diagnosing. In short this feels like a scam. I also didn’t get my official diagnostic sent to me. Kamron Cooper was my plumber.

My fist experience with DNA Plumbing was fantastic. I am a realtor in the area and I had them check on a leak in one of my vacant listings. They came out same day and I met Miguel. He was very efficient, explained everything in simple terms, found the leak and proposed a plan for my sellers. Because of how knowledge Miguel was, I called back to DNA Plumbing and requested him for a job on my own home. We had a small pipe burst that's next to the hose bib during the freeze. He came out, diagnosed the issue, fixed the pipe with the upgraded specialty hose bib that my husband wanted. He aligned everything up with a level and it works perfectly. DNA Plumbing will be my go to company for plumbing for myself and I will be recommending them to my real estate clients. Thank you Miguel for your professionalism and outstanding work!!

Very Happy with my services, Brandon M. showed up exactly when he said he would and within the allotted timeframe. Him and his helper were so cordial, polite, clean, professional and even fun and actually safe too. We talked, chatted and hung out at the repair site while they worked and the repair took less than an hour and I’m telling you they went above and beyond because one, Brandon fixed my leak with pride and was honest in the pricing. I Love that from a company worker like this. And two, the entire interaction was the most seamless I’ve ever seen in many many years all the way from the initial phone call with setup and scheduling. Might I add this was a midnight call. To the workers with all their professionalism and even Asa W. Sending me the right information in a timely manner. FIVE STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have used DNA multiple times - for both emergencies and just regular problems. I’ve been pleased with them every single time. There plumbers are always very respectful, informed, willing to share their knowledge, and never ever push you. $260 is their current flat rate to come out to the house, and I find their prices to be a value to the service. They have always been able to get to me very quickly. Today when I called I learned that they had a new air-conditioning service, I will definitely be using them in the future. The girls on the phone are always nice and respectful, Chloe was super helpful today. I really really really liked Jacob my plumber very knowledgeable and respectful, his coworker. AD was very nice as well. Always are kind to the dogs and are quiet and respectful as I work from home.

I had a great experience with DNA Plumbing, Heating & Air. From the start, they were proactive in reaching out to me directly to understand exactly what I needed, especially since I was looking to install some specific Aquor spigots. They were very transparent with pricing and came out ahead of time to confirm everything before moving forward. No surprises, just clear communication the whole way through. Kamren and his partner came out about a week later, completed the installation, and the quality of the work really stood out. The spigots came out looking clean, flush, and professionally done—exactly what I was hoping for. You can tell they take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be using them again for future needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, high-quality service.

Hadn't been in my new home 24hrs until disaster struck-plumbing backing up and flooding an area. On a Sunday morning DNA Plumbing to the rescue! Not only did they clear the blockage (10in ball of baby wipes) something to which I should had been previously informed of if the home inspector would had done his job correctly, but they also repaired the wax ring that was causing a leak. The response was fast to my emergency (appreciate that!!!) the employees were very polite and completed both jobs quickly (I was in a panic mode and can't remember their names, sorry) and the price paid was very reasonable especially since was a Sunday morning. I would not only use them again but I also recommend them especially if in a pickie with your plumbing:)

This was my first experience working with DNA, and I can confidently say that Wes Hart was extremely professional. He carefully assessed our 21-year-old system with two 100-gallon boiler tanks. I was especially impressed by their attention to detail and respect for our space—they wore shoe covers before entering our two-story building and worked with great care throughout the visit. They took the time to listen to my needs and thoroughly evaluated options, including the possibility of reusing the chimney, pipes, gas line, and water line. They provided three well-considered proposals tailored to our situation. I would highly recommend DNA for anyone looking for reliable water heater solutions.
