We had a water leak under our kitchen sink. James quickly diagnosed the problem and isolated it to the disposal. He replaced it and did numerous rechecks on it. Efficient, reasonably priced. I highly recommend Dixon Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. And if they dispatch James, you're going to get quality service.

We had James White come out and do an inspection on our hot water heater. James showed up on the early side of the window and was very pleasant and professional. After James did some testing, it turned out we didn’t need anything replaced. Dixon Plumbing was awesome and I highly recommend them to anyone in the NKY area.

My experience was wonderful. The service was outstanding as usual. I will call again if we have a need! I highly recommend to anyone who needs a trustworthy and kind plumbing service. I emailed last night and got a response in the morning with a quote for my disposal from Bobbie. Andy and Matthew came out and we’re very professional answered any questions and gave me options in the end. I have the disposal swapped out for a new one which they did very quickly under an hour. I also had another question regarding my sump alarm and he answered that as well. very reliable fair pricing and I would use again thank you so much. You guys are a lifesaver. Update: 1/23/26 had a new Zoeller Sump System installed last year. Alarm went off in dry conditions, Josh diagnosed that Backup sump went bad, showed up with new Zoeller backup sump and swapped out part, very quick under warranty. Thank you so much..

Andy and his helper were professional, knowledgeable, and informative. Most importantly, I felt comfortable with them in my home and attending to my plumbing needs. They went out of their way to investigate the "water hammer' problems which started after the NKY Water replaced the meter. Thankfully, the problem falls back to NKY Water. I've entered Dixon Plumbing's phone number in my 'treasured' hand written address book and will be sure to call should any other plumbing issues pop-up. Thanks Again Annette Ulm

Absolutely top notch outfit. I called made the appointment and received confirmation of appointment. The day of my appointment I was sent another message of the name of the plumber and that they were in route. Our plumber came diagnosed and fixed our wall drain without hesitation. Dixon Plumbing is the best! My Moen faucet was not shutting off at the handle. Andy and his colleague were able to actually see the problem. They checked the cartridge and the problem persisted. They tracked the problem to a bad control box. I called Moen customer service and I should receive a new control box in 7-10 business days. I will be calling Dixon Plumbing back for the installation of the new control box and all future plumbing problems.

I called about some plumbing repairs I had been putting off, and their professional and knowledgeable plumbers arrived first thing in the morning the very next day. Great service at a reasonable price. They left the area clean and explained everything to me in detail. I was expecting this to be a hassle but now I wish I had called sooner because the experience was so smooth! Dixon Plumbing will be my first call the next time I need a plumber.

Josh and his crew are always great to deal with. They are thorough, professional and always on time. Josh did a whole home plumbing inspection and answered all my questions. He gave me a run down on potential future issues and provided a detailed estimate of costs of repairs needed. I will be calling him back to perform a long over due sump pump replacement as well as a prv relief valve replacement, both reasonably priced out.

I highly recommend Dixon Plumbing! I called with a leaky outdoor faucet and Josh was out there that day to fix it!!! He is very knowledgeable and courteous. He was out there and had the faucet fixed and headed out in no time but not before a couple of laughs and 'have a great days'. Dixon Plumbing is a breath of fresh air when it comes to plumbing. I had gotten a few quotes from other companies who priced the job out of this world. I contacted Dixon after finding them on Yelp. They sent someone out the same day to quote the job where able to start and finish the work one day later. They did and amazing job. The next time I need some work done they will be the only company I call.

Called this family owned business for help in fixing a couple toilets that I had tried to repair myself. Josh (the owner) came and did the necessary repairs the next day. He was polite, honest, and did not try to oversell me with things I didn't need. These are the kind of plumbers we all need! Reasonable price, quality work, fast response. I highly recommend Dixon Plumbing.

We had our main drain stack replaced including two toilets and a new toilet installed in the basement. Josh was very prompt to come out to give a bid and listened well to what we wanted and explained the possibilities while staying with code. The guys were on the job in two days and worked professionally with minimal mess. Definitely five star service!

Reached out to Dixon Plumbing last night after my water heater started leaking. It was 15 years old and needed replacing. Was able to have a technician here 2 pm next day for install of the new and haul away the old. Andy was our technician and was very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend them for excellent service and price.

Dixon Plumbing came to my house and did a Plumbing preventive inspection. They were very nice and respectful. He pointed out some possible concerns for the future and explained his reasons why. They never pushed for any repairs nor made it sound like it was an urgent issue! I will definitely be calling Dixon Plumbing when I want work done.
