I just want to take a moment and say that Spencer was the best! He got my toilet unclogged, and was courteous and professional. I was at my wits end. But he definitely saved the day! We had a toilet with a bad wax ring causing water to leak onto the floor with every flush. Ashleydawn was terrific and had a technician on the way in about 20 minutes. A short time later, a gentleman named James showed up. James was very professional, identified the issue, and promptly fixed it. Impressively, he went the extra mile to clean up the sloppy seal job around the bottom of the toilet on the tile that the previous owner had done. A job that would have taken me hours to do, James had done in no time. Between Ashleydawn and James, it's clear that Diversified has high standards for who they keep on the payroll. This type of professionalism is rare to find these days.

Gabriel came out to our house to help with a clogged toilet and a leak in my kitchen sink. Our toilet problem ended up being an issue with the septic tank. This young man went above and beyond, trying to assist us. He also took the time to explain things and teach me about my septic tank, which I previously knew nothing about. He also had to chisel away at the septic tank lid which was cemented shut. He was friendly, timely, knowledgeable, and we had a great conversation while he was here. I highly recommend him & won't hesitate to call next time I need assistance. Thanks, Gabriel!

I cannot praise Elmer with Diversified Plumbing enough!! We rent through Rossman Realty and he was sent out to fix a leak in the wall that we have been waiting on for months now to be repaired. He came out, quickly evaluated the problem; gave estimate to his office and had approval to do the repair in just minutes! In addition to him being efficient and knowledgeable, he was also very kind and engaging and was a pleasure to have in our home to do the repair! I highly recommend Diversified Plumbing because they went above and beyond to get the estimate approved for us, which no other company which came out to do estimates did; and they employ Elmer, who as I said is a definite asset to their team!! Thank you Elmer!!!!!

Spencer installed a hot water tank booster and did it with such quick service. He was extremely pleasant and very nice to deal with. Explained everything that he was doing. We really felt that he was extremely capable and very experienced! Seems like a great company to rely on!
