Thank you to Wes and his son for coming out and helping get my shower leak fixed. He was on time, courteous and very knowledgeable in his work. It was fixed quickly. The company appeared very family oriented which makes me appreciate their business. I would definitely recommend them and will be a returning customer. Thank you!!

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. The 30 day warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on. Stay away from this company.

This guy manipulated my elderly mother by presenting as this “wholesome Christian”. He did zero for her and took her money. He was the third plumber we had out to look at a leaking faucet, which still leaks, but the only one to take money from her. $290. And deceived her into thinking he repaired something. First plumber said, the brick wall would need to be broken into, it would cost thousands and was a huge repair. So we said no thank you then. He charged us nothing. Second was a handyman who said he couldn’t fix it, but used his man strength to tighten & torque the leaking faucet closed which stopped the drip. He charged us nothing. As soon as we used the faucet again, the leak returned. Third plumber… she found this clown. Because of his religious marketing, she absolutely had blind trust in this fool. He immediately says sure! He can fix it!! I sit inside with my mother and we don’t watch what he is doing. Typically she would be watching and asking questions but she was so convinced this was a man of God and she didn’t need to worry. 15 minutes later he says, done! It’s even cheaper than I thought it would be, only $290. Well having been told it would cost thousands before, my mother wrote the check and felt relieved. We looked at the faucet and it was not leaking. But we did not test it or open and shut it ourselves because my mother was so distracted trying to praise him for his Christian values in this evil world. Well, when I did go to use the faucet, I could barely open it, it was insanely tight. Then when I shut the faucet off, with all my strength almost cutting my hand on the metal, it leaked same as before, actually a bit worse!! My mother sends him a video of the faucet dribbling out water, and after saying he’d come by then canceling (he already got his money so we weren’t a priority) he eventually shows up. He then explains to get the leak to stop the brick wall would need to be broken into, and it would cost thousands. Exactly what we were told years ago by the first plumber who didn’t take any money. Then in front of us he tightens it with all his strength until his hand is shaking, and the drip stopped. My mother was so confused because she thought he was some holy dude, and struggled to ask the questions she had about why he took her money. I went ahead and asked him what he had done the last time for the $290. He mumbled and fumbled them said he replaced a rubber gasket. But it didn’t need that, I said. It leaks worse now. We needed a new faucet, apparently. This story actually gets worse because he suggests we go buy another external part from Home Depot which also did absolutely nothing to stop the leak. But, it gave my mom enough false hope to let him leave again without questioning why he had taken her money and had initially fooled us into thinking he had fixed something. This happened a couple months ago, and it has really bothered me so much ever since. This joker has a picture of a cowboy kneeling before a cross on his business card and the business name suggests he gets his answers directly from God. I think, if only he had actually said a prayer for guidance before looking at the faucet and wanted to do the right thing, he would have told us, ‘unfortunately it will cost thousands to stop this leak.’ We have decided the only solution at the time is get someone with very strong grip strength or a torque pliars to close this old faucet and retire it, and run a longer hose from our other functioning faucet which was installed by the first, honest plumber. The fact this guy uses Jesus as a marketing tool but obviously doesn’t use divine guidance or goodness has repulsed me so deeply. I told my mother I would leave this review for her.

I had first called 2 other plumbers for a whole house stoppage to come diagnose the problem. The first was at night, charged me an emergency service call fee, arrived and took a quick look at it and then quoted me an extra large amount for the next step to fully diagnose the issue. I decided to get a second opinion and called a another company who then came out the following morning, took my service call payment first, tried to diagnose the clog, then said they couldn’t tell what it was but would required a massive excavation in the front yard at an excessive amount of money to further diagnose. I couldn’t get a straight answer on some of my questions and just had a feeling something wasn’t right. After they left, and quite frustrated because I felt I was getting nowhere fast, I then called Direct Source Plumbing and spoke with Amie who was very helpful in taking my call, took detailed notes, and with a sense of urgency, relayed my message to the plumber. In a short time, I received a call from Tyler who gave me an good idea of what needed to be done to diagnose the issue. When he arrived he was extremely polite and knowledgeable about the situation, and took the time to explain to me what he was doing, so that I fully understood each step, and ultimately ended up diagnosing and fixing the problem. He even called and had the master plumber, David, confirm and verify his diagnosis. This is how I wish all service calls could be! Tyler is the perfect example of how the ideal repairmen should be. I believe this company and religious-based group is in business for the right reasons, to truly help people when they need it. I can’t possibly recommend them enough! True professionals! Thank you again!

I had used Direct Source Plumbing in the past for plumbing work on a bath remodel. They did a good job, but were extremely expensive, and did not obtain work permits for the work they did in my home. Despite all this, I called them again for the plumbing work in our master bath remodel. The work needing to be done was about 3 full days of moving drains, and water lines etc. On the day I had requested them to show up for the job, a big guy named Chad showed up and seemed irritated or bothered to be at my home. I took him to our master bath and told him everything that we needed to be done. He did not write anything down, and asked for my email. After I gave it to him, he said he would put together an estimate, and email it to me. He left and was literally in my home for 3 minutes. Keep in mind, I explained up front a week earlier I needed 2 guys for a big job that may take 2 to 3 days. They had this job, and I have yet to receive an email from this company. I called the following day for an explanation and the lady answering the phone seemed shocked at what had happened, and informed me she would have the owner call me. Again, no call, and no estimate. So basically Direct Source snubbed my job. This is ironic to me considering on the cover page of the Direct Source website it says: "Our goal is to bring honor to God in all we do" Really??? So, I can only assume since I have not heard back from them that they can't handle a job this big. So, if you have a leaky faucet, or running toilet, or perhaps a clogged drain, then they are probably safe to call otherwise if the work is more than an hour and requires work, then call a real professional plumbing company.

If I have a plumbing need, I ALWAYS call Direct Source Plumbing. Dave and his crew are knowledgeable, polite, and trustworthy. I have used them to install and repair my touch-sensitive kitchen sink, install the recall kits on my pressure-assist toilets, install and repair garbage disposals, and replace both exterior water spigots. They are always prompt. Today I called them at 11:00 AM and had a technician at my house before noon--and it was not an emergency repair. I have been using Direct Source Plumbing for over five years. My touch-sensitive kitchen sink is the first model made bu Delta and Dave's knowledge of plumbing enabled him to install it correctly the first time with the enclosed instructions. When I had my kitchen remodeled, the contractor's plumber had no clue how to properly install this type of faucet. The Direct Source Plumbing staff are friendly and courteous. As a female, I really appreciate them taking the time to explain the problem and repair, as well as, recommend good replacement products such as when our garbage disposal finally wore out. Plumbers are like auto mechanics, if you find one who both is trustworthy and does superior work then you hang on to them. I don't even consider using anyone other than Direct Source Plumbing when I have plumbing needs.

I would like to thank Direct Source Plumbing for coming to my rescue. They did an outstanding job. I had called a different plumbing first to diagnose my problem. The first plumbing company said that I had a slab leak. This company told me that I had to options to fix the problem. One was to re-pipe the plumbing through the attic, which was less expensive or they could tear up my slab, which was more expensive. They were also going to have rip out my walls to get to the pipes. It was then going to be up to me and my insurance company to repair the damage they created. I had a very uneasy feeling about their assessment of the situation. I called Direct Source Plumbing for a second opinion before any work was done by the first plumbing company. The Direct Source plumbers took the time to listen to my concerns and then proceeded to do a follow up inspection. The Direct Source plumbers found the source of my leak within minutes. They said it was NOT a slab leak at all. They discovered that I had a leak in one of my pipes in my sprinkler system. All the other work that the first plumbing company was going to do and CHARGE me for was unnecessary and also fraudulent. Thank you again Direct Source Plumbing for coming to my rescue. Glenn

had direct source come out due to a suspected gas leak per Atmos. Within 2 hrs we were told there was no leak then there was a leak, oh nevermind I forgot to close the valves upstairs, then no leak again then 30 mins later there was a leak 🤦‍♂️....OK cool how much are we talking? $575, OK cool. they do the "repair" then atmos says there is still a leak. so they send out 2 guys the next day, finally get it done and the city inspector approves and we finally get our gas back on (atmos had bad guages apparently) then get a call starting we owe $1500+ that was never disclosed to us but we paid it anyways. less than 2 weeks later we are still smelling gas in the same exact area. the techs were super friendly (from what I hear , I was out of town at the time) The cost should've definitely been disclosed more upfront but I'm mostly annoyed with the uncertainty of whether my house ever actually had a leak or not.

I began using them starting back in 2010. I had both a kitchen sink and my washing machine drain back up. I had two other companies come out, and both wanted me to spend over $300 to "scope" the drains, stating that I most likely had a foundation shift. Wanting a 3rd opinion, I called direct source. David, the owner, came out with his guys, listened to me, and then said "I want to try something first before running a scope and costing you more money." He then proceeded to get out the normal drain snake, and then swapped out the tip with a wicked looking claw! He ran that in thru the outside access, and had my drains running perfectly. Only charged me $150 total, when he could've charged me double at least. I've been using them for all my plumbing needs since then. I'd highly recommend them.

Skillful, honest forthright. We called Direct Source after another local plumbing concern sent out what turned out to be a salesman in response to our request to auger a stopped up drain. The salesman spent some time surveying our situation and, it seemed, surveying my wife and me to see how much they could milk us for. They wanted almost $800 to get an actual plumber/tech to come behind the salesman and do the job. Charged us $39 (reduced from $69, so I guess we got a bargain) for the "service call." Direct Source sent a real plumber, Wes Hart, who showed up at our door promptly. He discussed some potential solutions if our problem persists, but did a basic clean out for $160 that seemed to make the most sense as what ought to try before turning to more drastic options.

I can't speak more highly of the services that David provided me! He even beat a previous estimate by a dishonest contractor by over $1100. Upon conducting his excavation and through his expertise he was able to determine that there actually was no plumbing leak but a sprinkler system malfunction. INSTEAD of charging me the full price for a job that didn't need to be done, he negotiated the price of the excavator down to a few hundred dollars for 7 feet of digging. HE DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME A FEE FOR PLUMBING. This is integrity 👏 that you don't see much in this profession anymore. I've had David out since and recieved the same level of care and professionalism. He will forever be my plumbing expert and I hope you choose him for your family as well. Thanks David!!!

Direct source plumbing should be your ONLY option when considering assistance from a professional plumbing service. I have an older home and have called several services in the past, so I have a knowledgeable comparison of service in the DFW Metroplex. What I experienced when David and Kyle came out was uncompromised professional service. They went above and beyond to help me, and even educated me on do it yourself prevention. These men are kind, friendly, fair, experienced, but most of all Results Driven. Lastly, they are reasonably priced, and completely affordable, which is not often the case with local competitors. I can honestly say David and Kyle delivered an amazing experience, and I will never use anyone else. They have my family for life.
