Dial One Johnson Plumbing, Cooling & Heating

We had a leak at the floor on one of out toilets. Since we had been discussing replacing them for nearly a year, we decided this was the right time to do so. Called Dial One, we've been using them for years, to give us a quote on 2 replacement purchases and installation. The tech came on Friday, gave us a quote for everything we wanted, and said he could deliver on Tuesday. On Tuesday he and another tech came and removed the old toilets and installed the new ones. Timeframe on Tuesday took about one and a half hours. Both techs were polite and worked diligently to get the job done (even though one dog kept barking at them the whole time). The cost was less than what I was expecting.

We had a toilet repaired and it works great. Also, we had Steven and Ashton install a new bathroom cabinet and faucet. It looks great and they did a good job.

Fantastic service. Got our water heater replaced with Dial One Johnson, and couldn’t be happier. Great deal on the price with the special they were running. Encountered an issue with access to remove the old tank, but James offered to stay and help me fix some things outside of a normal water heater install process, so that I wouldn’t have to do it myself and reschedule the install date. After we got the access issues rectified, James and his assistant Will promptly installed the new water heater and added a number of safety features our old one didn’t have. Super professional, friendly, and excellent in every respect.

I had an appointment scheduled today for a survey on a full HVAC replacement and waited over an hour and a half with no call or update from the tech. When the tech Allan finally reached out, he asked if I still wanted him to come. I said yes, and throughout our conversation he asked me three times if I wanted to reschedule — making it clear he had no interest in making the trip. I went ahead and cancelled. If this is how a company handles things before the work even starts, I'd look elsewhere.

James W. and Ashton W. at Dial One Johnson Plumbing, Cooling & Heating were absolutely amazing. They were prompt, fast to diagnose issue which other plumbers missed. Took pictures to share with my home owners insurance and provided thorough plumbers notes. Price to remove most of root blocking pipe from front yard was very reasonable. To add the reception when I called early that morning was so polite. She announced her name and stated "How can I make you smile today?". A wonderful way to start a conversation while dealing with an unfortunate stressful issue. Thanks Dial One, receptionist, James and Ashton! Hopefully will be back in touch to resolve the rest of the root soon.

Our HVAC system went out. I submitted requests to four different companies and Dial One was the ONLY one to reach out to me the next day and get me set up for an estimate. Jose came out and he was amazing, he did not try to upsale us and gave us the honest facts. We applied for the financing and got approved within minutes. Honestly, I think that was the only hiccup. The website for the financing wasn’t working, but the next day the manager called us and he processed it himself. After we got approved, Chris came out the next day and got our HVAC system installed. Overall, we had a very positive experience and we would absolutely use Dial One again.

Dial One is amazing! Our brand new (months old) 15k AC unit suddenly went out at 9pm on a Friday evening and had no idea what happened or why. We expected a huge bill to fix whatever was the issue coupled with the fact it was the weekend. Texas temps were ramping up into the 90’s with high humidity so we knew it would be intolerable without AC. We called Dial One Saturday morning and within a couple of hours our service guy was at our house. Soon our AC was up and running and when I asked how much I owed, he said nothing…we’re square. It was a power surge that created the problem. Omygosh! These guys are super hero’s to me!!!

This company was very responsive, quick, and had reasonable prices that they were very transparent about. Stephen came out to assess and then replace my water heater. He was very polite, leave a mess, and even thoroughly answered plumbing questions I had that were unrelated to the issue he was there to fix. He didn't try to upsale me unnecessary stuff. Its refreshing to see companies that still do honest work at great prices and have amazing technicians like Stephen. Same day service!

I am to date always pleased with the technicians sent to service whatever our issue is. Today it was Emmett who came to check why our air conditioning unit wasn’t working. He was patient with our questions, explained exactly what the issue was with our current unit and what needed to be done to fix it. We have used this company enough to know they do right by you as a customer. We needed a new air conditioning unit after having our original current unit since 2004.

We recently had James B install a new water heater in our home, and he did an outstanding job from start to finish. He arrived on time, thoroughly explained the process and options, and answered all our questions. What stood out most was his professionalism, clear communication, and the fact that he left the work area spotless. No mess, no surprises on the final cost, and the whole job was completed efficiently in just a few hours.

Easy to schedule appointment, got notice from tech they could get there earlier, showed up on time. Diagnosed the problem quickly and explained clearly the problem, took time to answer all questions about it, and what repair options were. Did a clean smooth job of fixing the problem and setting us up with option to avoid problem in the future. Friendly, patient, professional, across the board an excellent experience.

I love Dial One. All their technicians are very knowledgeable. They are polite and conscientious. They make sure the job is done to your satisfaction and always clean up when they are finished. Office staff are always friendly and helpful. They always let me know when there are specials running that I might be interested in. I always get notices when their technicians are on the way. Overal, a great experience.

When you find out you need a new A/C system, nobody’s going to be overjoyed about it. But everyone at Dial 1 Johnson made the process as painless and transparent as possible. From my on site Tech to the installation team and yes even the manager was razor focused on making the job come out perfect. Best company I’ve ever worked with, and thanks to them all I have a new system at a great price!! Thank you

Travis spent much more time cleaning our dirty AC unit then he should have had to because of how much build up there was, but he didn't charge extra, and he didn't complain. The cleaning service was only one of many that was on a previously prepared larger estimate, but he didn't charge extra for the service call to do the just the condenser cleaning. I certainly got my money's worth. Much appreciated!

Another completed visit handled with professionalism, detail to our specific needs, and most of all feels like the family touch. From the first call with Ashley , to our outstanding Tech Travis. This young man even helped bring our delivery groceries inside that were on the porch when he arrived. Above and beyond. This is just one example why we are a loyal Dial One Customer.
