Came out. Inspected furnace. Did nothing. Gave 2 estimates. One for repair, one for new thermostat. Both way, way overpriced. Charged $89 for coming out. Today, got someone else. Fixed furnace, charged total of $75. Said I don't need a new thermostat, don't need any parts for repair. So apparently you are just sharks. Charging too much and trying to snow me! You are not the only ones to try to do this. I hope you enjoy the $89. Because that's the last you'll hear from me.

I Ubered home from dentist appt, the Uber driver pulled out onto Ovilla Street, and the Dial 1 driver cut my Uber driver off, n wouldn't let him get into the lane!!

Ok, we needed someone to come take a look at our AC unit. it would blow cool then warm. So unfortunately we called these people. They came out and were supposed to inspect the unit for us an let us know what was going on. The guy comes back to the door, tells my mother that we needed Freon so he put it in. About a week later, the house kept getting up to 80°, making a loud sound and blowing out warm air. So we had another company come out and look, they inspected the unit. The unit needed cleaning and there is a cut in one of the lines, which is why the Freon was leaking. So what was the point of the others coming out and doing NOTHING but charging $97?! Oh and please dont respond with contact you guys. My mother did that, they were supposed to call her back with some “quotes” Of course they never called back because they were lying from get go.

We had a heat pump and a/c installed. The 2 people were great and professional. Although it took a long time, everything was done and all was terrific. Jose came next day to install the Air Scrubber. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything about the a/c and thermostat to the filters, etc. We felt very comfortable knowing we are in good hands with this company and look forward to doing business with them as needed. Thank you for a job well done. We look forward to our new system and the possibility of breathing better and heat/air staying consistent throughout the home. Thank you to all the office staff also for setting up appointments and keeping us informed with the activities scheduled.

This company is absolutely outstanding. No upfront trip charge, very reasonable pricing, and zero concerns about being overcharged — just honest, transparent service from start to finish. The mechanics are highly skilled and efficient. I had two drain stoppers and a toilet set replaced, and everything was completed within an hour. Impressive! James was especially wonderful — professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly throughout the entire visit. Had my heat pump go out during the cold snap. Called 2 different companies for a quote. The prices were similar at both, but Allan at Dial One was definitely the better choice. He explained why he recommended what he did, he addressed all my concerns, he was very professional and respectful, especially as a female homeowner. The team that handled the install was prompt and efficient and the office crew handled all the permits and scheduling. Replacing a whole HVAC system is never fun but it made the process as smooth as possible. Plus bonus a week later my allergies have gotten noticeably better.

Seemed very expensive for a 15 minute job ($362 for one spicket leaking) & that was supposed to be with a $50 discount for using them in the past? Also the service man first just turned the leaky faucet off so hard that it stopped momentarily & he thought the job was complete as if he would just charge me a service call, but I told him their people told me in the previous jobs to never turn the faucet off that hard? I turned it back on & off again to show him how it would start leaking again. After he turned it back on & off again it continued to leak & he replaced it.

We had several plumbing issues in our kitchen. Michael was great, was very efficient, knew exactly what we needed and performed flawlessly. Afterwards he answered all our questions and even gave us some helpful tips. We had work done by other companies but Dial One is now our favorite for any future jobs. As always, stellar service. Every experience is it's own and that's possibly because of the tech, Emmit, i deal with most often. He really represents the company and its standards well. If you need a plumbing/hvac/ac company Dial One is an excellent choice. I'm about 7/8yrs strong and haven't been disappointed since no matter the tech. Keep up the great work guys!!

Always have such great experiences with Dial One. Today (Sunday) I had an issue with my thermostat where I locked it and forgot the PIN. I called the answering service and promptly received a call back from Joe who was super helpful, patient and professional and walked me through the steps I needed to do to successfully unlock the device. Thank you Joe!

Parker was friendly, professional and performed a very through summer tune-up of my systems. There were several issues brought to his attention. They were taken care of in a most expeditious manner. Dial-One Johnson is very fortunate to have this young man on their team. He will be my first request for all future work as permitted by the company.
