The technician (James) was professional and efficient . I appreciate him remembering having serviced my home before. That goes a long way with me. The problem was diagnosed and completed. I will continue to call Dial One for my plumbing needs.

Jose called and let me know that he was available earlier than scheduled, which was excellent. Arrived, diagnosed and fixed my furnace problem within 10 minutes. Very pleasant and easy to work with. Top service.

Mold light install in vent system went well. Fast and clean! Other problem areas were identified and an intervention was to avoid future problems, of which was much appreciated. Very informative about what was done. Overall pleased with the service

i got nothing and i didn't understand why i was charged so much, he touched my carpet and told me i needed a plumber and charged me $89. for what?

We had a main water leak and the DEP gave me a notification to have it altered in four days. I sort of blew up and began calling a bundle of plumbers however just got ""someone will get back to you ASAP"" or the folks who showed up made me feel like they were attempting to get one over on me. When I called Dial One Johnson Plumbing, they grabbed immediately and could give me a considerable information on call I was happy with how intelligent and in control he was particularly compared with the others. The price wasn't that far away from what others were asking However after giving a rough estimate they assured me that everything will be taken care off and made me comfortable with it. They came the very next morning and the work was done by the time I returned home from work not only this, they took care of the cleaning as well. I hope this problem does not come up again, but of does I know whom I need to contact in the first go. Thank you so much.

I bought a new dishwasher and during the install process was informed that I needed new shutoff valves due to mine being too old and wouldn't work with the new appliance. I called another company who said they would come but I never heard from them the day they were scheduled. Because I needed the job done that day due to the dishwasher installers coming again the next day I got in touch with Dial One Plumbing. Kind of by accident really. The number I called was not their main number but somehow I was routed to them. Lucky for me. I explained the situation to them and miraculously they were able to fit me in the same day. The technician was very nice, professional. Very impressed. They were there when they said they would be. Was called prior to arrival to give me time to get home. All and all a great experience with them. I will certainly be using them again and would highly recommend.

Travis came out this morning to do a check up on our AC/Heat system. He is very courteous, polite and professional. He was very thorough and clear in his explanations of what he recommends for our system. Travis has a great personality and it was a pleasure having him to come out and do the inspection on our system. Dial One Johnson always sends the best people out. Thank you for your awesome customer service and great workers! These guys truly are the best, cant recommend them enough. When it comes to SERVICE, Ashton, Jonathan, & Kerlin work with & listen to you... They're very helpful. For me, they have skillfully relocated gas lines, re-routed water pipes, removed 40-gal water tanks & replaced corroded cast iron hubs. They know what they're doing, & they do it well. From scheduling to completion, Dallas' Dial-1 is professional & polite, all while providing solid services at competitive prices. And there's integrity in all they do. Dial One was quick to book an appointment. Their friendly admin staff was very helpful. The call-out fee is mandatory, and they only come to assess, so the work wasn't done the same day. But once the plumbers were there 2 days later, they did all they could to figure out and fix the problems. A big shout-out to James & Will, who were excellent in their communication and work-ethic. I will certainly call on these folks again.

We bought our own water heater and needed it to be installed. We were quoted 1100.00 to have the old one taken out and the new one installed. No new lines or anything?? Needless to say we said absolutely not but had to pay the 50 dollar service fee!! We called another plumber who came the next day and installed for 300.00 and we have been very pleased. These people will rip you off!

Today Jonothan performed a plumbing check on my home. He was very professional in his examination. He discovered a hot water heater that was leaking. Luckily when it was installed I had a drip pan with a drain under it. He gave me a quote to replace it. Continuing with the examination he said everything else looked good. I would recommend Dial One to anyone.

Travis and the Dial One folks are great. They are very responsive and really communicate well. I appreciate the thorough explanations of the issues and repair options. They just finished working on my A/C unit and I couldn't be more satisfied in the work quality, timeliness, and price for the repair. I would not hesitate to call Travis and Dial One again.

Just bought a new home and a few toilets were not flushing properly and the shower in the master was not getting all the way hot. Mike came out, checked all the toilets, fixed the one needing fixing, fixed the issue in the master, showed me everything he did, and the price was better than expected. Mike is super nice and honestly wants to help you out.

We could not have asked for a better experience. The technician, Parker, arrived on time with a great smile and positive attitude. He completed his system maintenance task in a timely manner. Parker was very knowledgeable about our system and helped us program our cell phones so we can adjust the temperature from our cell phone.
