Brian was great! He was fast getting here, and super friendly. He was aware that there was a baby here, and asked for alternate ways into the basement so as not to get water/mud in the main areas of the house and not to bother the baby, which was really considerate of him. He ID’d the problem pretty quickly and got it solved as smoothly and quickly as possible. I am so grateful he was able to come out and help, especially on such short notice for such a weird issue. Absolutely will be reaching out again in the future!

I got this contact as a referral from my friend who owns a school. The technician was good and professional. He fixed the issue in 10 min. Was a minor block in a tube which he blew away with his mouth. However I was shocked with the price of $250 he charged for that. Really disappointed.

Called DeWolf to talk about changing a water mixer at the boiler. I sent them PHOTOS TO AVOID A PERSON COMING AND NOT DOING ANY WORK. With the photos, they could see this was a "PLUMBING 101 EASY REPAIR." Just bring the same mixer and change it. It's called Plumbing 101 that any plumber trainee could do. KILL THE WATER MAIN, DRAIN THE SYSTEM, CHANGE THE VALVE, AND REFILL THE SYSTEM, TEST WATER TEMP.. They arrived on Friday, looked, and said yes, it can be changed. I asked him if he brought the part, and if the office gave him the photos? He said no, so therefore he didn't have the VERY COMMON mixer in his van. He quoted the job at $757.10 to do the job and said he would be back on Monday. He needed to order the mixing valve from a warehouse. Keep in mind that my local three suppliers in my same town stocked the valve. Plus, Home Depot stocked the valve. He told me that the same valve at Home Depot was made differently and of lower quality. I called the valve mixing company, and they said they were all the same that they sell to all suppliers. I did approve the estimate, and Monday came. I called DeWolf and asked when the plumber would be arriving today. They told me they were working out of the Cape Cod office and didn't know if the valve came in at the warehouse, and they would call me back. I waited and then called the secretary to call me. She stated that she was still waiting for information on the valve. I canceled my agenda on Monday because I was told the plumber would be arriving. I also called three suppliers near me, and they all had the valve in stock. After not getting clarity on the job, valve location, I asked DeWolve who bought out the company because Gary DeWolf, the original owner, would not have operated this way. She said the tw sons took over the business. WELL, THAT TOLD ME ALL I NEEDED TO KNOW. I CANCELD THE JOB. Jump forward two hours, and I get a text that says the plumber was on his way. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? THE RIGHT HAND HAS NO IDEA WHAT THE LEFT ONE IS DOING!! NOTE: The worker was very courteous.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! had an emergency, sent a tech out that had no knowledge of diagnosis of a well pump issue, was unable to make any diagnosis at all, was only at my home for 15mins and I am in they exact same place I was before they came... correction, minus $225... originally the tech thought it would only be a $99 charge (which i was ok with) because he was here for less than 45min (their policy), after speaking with Luke he was told to charge the full amount... I don't fault the tech, he was nice enough, but the company was told ahead of time we had a well and sent someone unable to deal with it... as far as I'm concerned, all factors should have been taken into consideration since literally nothing was done... bad business decision on the part of the company and as a homeowner that works for a large local business I will discourage anyone from using this company... should have done the right thing UPDATE: spoke to Victoria and after speaking with Luke, the decision was made to refund the money... I appreciate them doing the right thing in the end

We contacted DeWolfe to check out a problem with out hot water. The tech, AJ, who came to our home was very knowledgeable. Discussed options and came up with a plan which included testing our water to determine if we need a filter system along with replacement of our tankless waterheating coil in our oil fired boiler. Waiting on results and estimate. 5 stars so far. We'll see going forward. Sooo... showed up as scheduled, replaced tankless coil...plenty of hot water now!! Tomorrow will be installing our filter system.... Filter system installed. All went well. Very professional. These guys are first rate. Another service call to troubleshoot our baseboard heaters. Chris (technician) showed up right away. Checked out system. No clear cause of our intermitant short cycling problem found. We may try replacing zone valve heads... $100. For service call. Good info. Still happy with this company.

I had an emergency early in the morning where smoke was coming into my house from my furnace. Very frightening situation. But I called DeWolfe and they sent out an HVAC technician the same day (which was a God send since it was only 15 degrees outside that day). Sean was extremely knowledgeable and went through everything in my furnace to try and find the problem. He even explained everything to me that he was looking for and I was able to learn a lot. As a relatively new homeowner, I am happy Sean went above and beyond to help me understand the heating system, which certainly gave me extra peace of mind, considering I now know what to do if there is another emergency like that. I became a member of the Wolf Pack that day and will be doing business with them again. Thanks again Sean!! 😁

Our water heater sprung a leak and we needed a new water heater fast. Working with DeWolfe was a great experience. From the beginning when I was talking with the customer service rep to the very end. The tech, Gokhan Yilmaz was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He was able to reduce the price of the water heater by making phone calls and finding an existing warranty on our tank that we didn't even know we had! He worked with the manufacturer, found the water heater we needed and went to pick it up by himself so we could have same day install. We had a fully functioning water heater that afternoon! I will definitely use DeWolfe again. They are the best plumbing company we have ever used in the 20+ years we have owned our house. A+++

As relatively new owner of my residence, I wanted to have my boiler evaluated before entering the winter season. An online search directed me to DeWolfe Contracting and its Wolfpack membership program. It is designed to include an annual tune-up and emergency service plan. I joined. A technician came out, tuned up the boiler, evaluated the system, and recommended some reasonable replacements. A week or so later another technician came out and installed the replacement parts. Both technicians were very competent. They also clearly explained to me what they were doing and reviewed the features of my heating system with me. I was fully satisfied with the services rendered, and I look forward to a long relationship with DeWolfe Contracting.

Brian Sullivan from DeWolfe Plumbing & Heating did an excellent job hooking up our water filter in the basement to the refrigerator one floor above in the kitchen. His careful planning and positioning of the drill holes through the floor left no signs visible in the kitchen, which made us very happy. He patiently explained how we can change the filters ourselves and described the service call we could schedule if we wish to have a tech do that for us. He even showed us how to empty the ice cube bin and properly position it to catch the ice cubes. Overall, he was careful yet quick and did a great job including cleaning up afterwards. We will definitely call DeWolfe again and highly recommend them.

Excellent service with DeWolfe plumbing & heating co!! 👌 All the guys were very knowledgeable and efficient with their work. I had a new gas furnace and hot water combo installed. Omar and his team were outstanding with installation. After installation they cleaned everything up and made sure all radiators were in working order. They explained all the parts and safety and operation of the unit. The unit had to be put on the wall, Ron installed all the framework and did an excellent job! I am VERY happy with the whole process. Thank you also to the plumber Jamie for the complete initial rundown of different units and helped us purchase the right one for our needs. Awesome job guys! Josh came this morning for an emergent call. Gas company came last night for what turned out to be 2 gas leaks and shut off service to our boiler. Josh checked out the boiler and did all necessary testing to determine what was going on. Fixed the issue and our boiler is functioning properly now. Never had any gas leak problems in the past so this was very scary to have to deal with. Josh reassured us that our boiler is all set so we can rest easy. We plan on getting a monthly contract with DeWolfe because we were so impressed with the genuine concern they had for our safety and well being. Would recommend this company for the great and timely service they provide!

Highly recommend DeWolfe. They did a rip and replace oil furnace and duct project for us. They were very efficient and clean. The temperature dropped during the project, but they ensured the pipes were fine. All of the employees are so pleasant and helpful. Out of all the companies we reached out to on this project, they came back with the best offer price wise as well as project scope. They do not try to upsell things you don’t need like other HVAC companies. The scope of the project made rational sense and they worked with us on the budget. Definitely recommend reaching out for small or large projects.

I had the pleasure to have Omar A. assist me with a new outdoor faucet and outdoor shower installation. He arrived earlier within the time window which was greatly appreciated, especially traveling a larger commute than normal. He listened to my requests, was flexible based on the prior work completed before his arrival and made sure to find the best resolution to meet my preference needs.
