Chad has helped me with emergency plumbing issues on multiple occasions. He is super responsive and very friendly. He has also saved me a bunch of money over time. I had a main sewer line going through the yard of my house that needed to be replaced. He was able to do it for a lot less and quick too. It was a clean job that did not require him to dig a trench through my yard. Def recommend.

Finding quality work and great service in any industry these days proves to be challenging- I can say I’m thankful to have found Denver drain experts for my recent plumbing issues! Chad is wonderful and honest-which is very important to me as a single independent female homeowner. I recently found myself in need of a sewer line replacement. EDIT: 8/25/25 Chad came over to my place In Thornton, all the way from Littleton today to help me install A new garbage disposal ASAP as well as Two new toilet seats that I was very excited about! He was also nice enough to fix my daughter’s toilet handle that was installed incorrectly by the previous owner. You had to hold that thing down for 10 seconds and it never flushed well. But wait, there’s more- plus my daughter’s sink that she poured hot wax down. There was a ton of other stuff I was unaware of shoved Down there too. He wasn’t here more than an hour and a half and everything is looking good and working like a charm. He never leaves a mess and you hardly know he’s there. Pictures of the new goodies attached. I was recommended this company from a really good fix-anything type of company because they were booked for the next three weeks. The first time I called I thought it was accident when I was hung up on but I tried two more times and was hung up both times again. I tried texting because there was a number available for texts and I never got a reply.

I can rave about this company enough. It was a Sunday morning and our main drain had clogged and we had sewage coming up into our utility room. We have had issues in the past and knew the drill but initially couldn't find someone that would come out on a Sunday. Thankfully we found Chad with Denver Drain Experts. He was incredibly communicative and was at our house in no time. He was completely respectful of our home and incredibly friendly but above all he was knowledgeable and thorough. He cleaned the line without any crazy weekend upcharges. He also diagnosed the problem and gave us real world information of what happened if we fixed it now or waited to get it fixed (spoiler- it didn't need to be fixed now). Insummary- fear prices, prompt service, knowledgeable, thorough, down to earth, and friendly. Couldn't recommend them highly enough! Thank you so much for saving our weekend!

When others giving quotes exaggerated my issue, Chad took the time to carefully diagnose the pipe underneath my concrete in the basement. His quote is coming in at half of the complexity and cost of others. Turns out it’s only a few feet of pipe, which is a lot less $$ when jackhammering out a concrete floor is involved. He invited me down to see in real time, slowly and methodically, what he was seeing. Didn’t pressure me a bit, and when I asked how timely the issue is, he told me it could probably wait if necessary, and that he could even do it in the middle of the winter. This is an honest guy, and he will use his expertise to your benefit. I wouldn’t hesitate a moment, recommending him to friends or family. Chad and his team have come through for our family TWICE in a pinch. We had some questionable plumbing work done for us which resulted in damage to the house. Denver Drain Experts did a full on 'to the street' forensic analysis. He found an unrelated issue by the street what could have been disastrous in 5 or 10 years and fixed in promptly. They even did it while there was a huge snow storm. After the plumbing issue occurred again, Chad came out and found the previous company did something fundamentally wrong in their plumbing and jumped in with a new design and approach to remedy the issue. Extremely impressed, very professional, and surprisingly affordable prices for their level of skills. They've beaten everyone's prices so far. Our go to plumbing and water team!

Can't safe enough good things about Chad and Denver Drain Experts. We own an older home and finally had to admit defeat for our clay pipes. Chad diagnosed the problem, both inside and outside. He and his crew were professional, prompt and experts at what they were replacing and correcting. This was a very large job and they stayed within the time frame Chad had communicated to us. Our down time was minimal which was amazing considering the amount of work that needed to be accomplished. A situation like this can be very frustrating and stressful, but thanks to Chad the whole operation moved smoothy and efficiently. We have found our lifetime plumber! WOW! My house just went under contract very quickly and they wanted a quick close. one snag my mainline was blocked. I called a $79 snake company special to see what the issue was a they informed me it would be a little under $10,0000 to repair it. I did a quick search for a real plumber who does mainline repair and excavation and Denver Drain Experts were one of them. The owner handled the issue on Memorial Day for under $4,000 and saved my closing on time! Look no further call this company, they are the best! definitely above and beyond my expectation!s!

Excellent service. We had a leak in our kitchen sink that went through our basement ceiling. Chad came out within two hours to address the problem. He took his time addressing the problem, and not only got our sink running again but identified a solution to prevent future leaks. We have been having this problem for eight years and numerous techs out unable to remedy the problem for more than a few months. Chad is very knowledgeable and it showed in his work. Would highly recommend.

5 stars is not enough for this company. Chad went above and beyond. We had a pipe burst behind the shower. Reason pipe bursted is we tried to use a low budget plumber and hence our issue.im really tempted to say the company but i wont. To the rescue chad and the denver drain experts. A after hours call which led to chad and his crew saving us from a disaster. Worth every penny and im a lifetime customer. Thanks again Chad.

I highly recommend Chad McCausland of Denver Drain Experts as the best master plumber I have ever had. He replaced my sewer line for a fair and reasonable price. He also expertly dealt with my insurance company. Chad definitely went way above and beyond. Anything extra that needed to be done, Chad was willing and able to do. They replaced my sewer main and made a highly stressful situation far more manageable than I would have thought possible.
