Plumb Crazy Plumbing was a great first time experience. They were reliable, reasonable, and thorough with the job. Mike and John were very understanding with my problem. It is an old home and the plumbing that was done by the prior property owners were not done with a licensed plumber. Plumb Crazy prior to closing up the job made sure that all was working properly and there were no more leaks or clogs.. Thank you so much and I would recommend you company to all my friends

Tried to swap out a faucet but after 2 days there was flooding underneath the sink. Called and they were out immediately. Stephanie called and scheduled a time...she even called again to give me a current ETA. This is service you will never get from other companies. When the gentlemen arrived, they swapped out old piping/tubing...etc. Money well spent to protect any possible water damage to my new hard wood floors. I strongly suggest anyone looking for plumbing and great customer service to consider this company first :)

Ryan and John did an amazing job. They were quick, honest, professional and very affordable. I will never call another plumbing company. My water heater replacement was done and hot water again in a couple hours.

This guy is a piece of work. I feel so bad for his secretary, Stephanie. He came to my home, talked a good game, about being local good Ole boy. Then, no contact at alIams. has his secretary do his dirty work. He did not complete the service he was paid for. Stephanie said, " he doesn't do that". Well, he said he did, and was paid for it. Still waiting on the refund he said was "in the mail." Just moved here. Biggest mistake dealing with Mr. Willams.

It sad that a guy that has a business and acts the way you did and didn't have the integrity to talk to me in person instead of hide behind your secretary/ helper even when I asked to speak with you or you personally contact me. For you to try and double a price you quoted me and my family and keep me out of water over night and then have your secretary/ helper call in morning and say your mad because I choose another person to a job that I asked you for a quote, that you blew me off for 3 + weeks, Note to you Dennis L Williams, Its not your chose and if you though you could do the job or wanted to do the job you would have put in a quote in a timely manner like everyone else.Secondly I'm glad you think you have so much business that you can treat a good customer as rudely and arrogantly as you have me!!!
